That's incredible. Uffta! This trailer is WOW! Did he ever say how much he spent on it? Has to be a pretty penny. And, man, he sure can talk. Lol. This has to be the best wel built trailer I've ever seen. Hands down. Absolutely stunning.

1600 watt windmill. Wow! In addition to 1200 in solar. He can light up like Vegas with that much power. Tim has that southern draw that’s always fun to listen to as well. Or Jim? Or Tim...anyway, he was generous in his tour and explanation of his rig. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful work all around. I liked that Tim actually understood how the solar/batteries, inverters all work. He has a decent sized PV array on the roof for what he's trying to do. You see a lot of people who were sold 1 or 2 solar panels and 1 battery and maybe they can run the AC for 10 minutes if they have all the lights turned off. Very impressive. Tim is a very smart gentleman. I hope he has many great trips in it. Really appreciate him taking the time to explain it to the rest of us. Thanks !

I can recommend Wells Cargo trailers. Yet there are many good brands out there. Note that torsion axles really are the best for a good rise while towing and there are kits by dexter axle to raise the trailer if you plan on going off the pavement. Dont wait...just do it!

I was wondering how long will the batteries and that 3000 watt inverter run the air condition ?? Neat setup for sure
@billanddeb2 жыл бұрын
They still have the same inverter, but recently they added more panels and more battery. Then, just for grins, they "unplugged" and went 6 full days without plugging back in. They ran their air when needed, and even the heat pump some cool evenings. They are total electric, so they used there induction cook top when needed, toaster oven, microwave, water heater and 7.5 cubic inch refrigerator and never missed a beat.
