Rick, as you mentioned, other concepts. So, when I make my fold down bed, I always make the plywood section in 2 pieces. One piece is stationary and attaches to the wall and is the length of the bed and sticks out the thickness of the mattress + 2 inches. This is the piece the edge of the mattress and bedding rests on when folded up. Install hinges now attach the other half, for me that is always an XL twin so the other half is 80" x 30". This makes it so easy to fold up bed when not in use. It is so user friendly that folding down for a day knap doesn't get a second thought. Love your videos. OK, its time to order that screen that you have mentioned twice now. Thanks for sharing.

I built our cargo bed as a queen floating bed . It's up off the floor quite high , and you need to stand on a chair to get in . Two by fours around the three Corners with a tall chest of drawers in the front center . This gives a huge amount of storage space underneath with red and gold dragon curtains to cover each side opening . Bed has to stay open in case Kathy gets sick . I can lift her up and roll her in and stand there till she comes out of seizure and feels better . And oh , let me tell you about MY new bed , up on the roof of the Suburban . Orders from Her Magestry. What do you do ? Well , you and Linda take care , have fun ! Talk next time ! Your good friend Vinny in good old Fla.
