Fr is mainly for oil and gas guys when working on gas pads, got laid off the oil field last April but have been a truck driver/heavy equipment operator and laborer for last 7 or 8 years for oil amd gas.

I want this. I do practice welding but not serious but some places I read they say use 100% cotton but this has 12% nylon. I'm guessing it's treated which makes it fr and it's thick so I don't need to worry?

Its not called a Full Swing. Its an X Fork. Carhartt copied this design feature off military jackets used in the war. Check out old film footage and you will see it.

Great review I have this jacket with sherpa lined super heavy but warm. I had to laugh when you said 50_60s I'm thinking tank top and flip flops coming from the PNW.

Got a carhartt rain protection zip up hoodie and its leagues above a standard hoodie. The metal zipper, some form of rain resistance, the weight of the material, the way it reflects and retains body heat, very impressive. I'm the kind of guy who is very warm blooded and even in the coldest situations in my area it is all I needed with a t-shirt underneath

@@KimballCody I guess I would have to buy Medium for a perfect fit, I usually wear Large or XL for baggy fit because I dont wear tight, But I have a Medium sized puffer vest & fits perfect, Im guessing carhartt Jackets will Fit me perfect at Medium (The way it fits you)
