Random but the carbonation of soda hurts my tongue too, so I don’t drink it. When I’m out and I reject an offer for soda, people ask why like if I’m on a diet or something. And when I explain that the carbonation hurts me, literally no one can understand like absolutely not a soul has said that they experience the same thing. AND NOW HERE YOU ARE MAKING ME FEEL SEEN. Oh! I'm the same way with alcohol & drugs etc - I don't like losing control of my body LOL. I can count on one hand how many times I've had a drink - it's just not for me and that's okay! I've often felt like the weird one for it too - there's a stigma around 'having a drink' when you're out and if you don't, you're the loser. It's so strange!

When I was dying my hair auburn I always used a shampoo and conditioner that had a bit of red depositing colour in it. Really helped enhance the colour longer!

My hair is not fully red, it’s more auburn that turns more red as it gets sunnier, but that shampoo sounds nice! I might try it!
