Could you please try the steamer on grout? I’ve been super apprehensive about getting one.The major comparison would be chemicals vs steamer and I have hella grout and am so tired of harsh chemicals and scrubbing.

So I know this question was not directed to me, however, I do have one of those steam shot cleaners and I have lots of grout throughout my house (Lord willing one day it’ll go away) but! I do think it works well on grout. It’s not a miracle worker by any means, but I do think it does a good job at cleaning the dirt from the grout. Hope this is helpful!:)

I use a damp magic eraser for the doors and walls, does the trick. Another trick : I never go to bed without tidying my kitchen. I just can’t stand the mess in the morning ! Happy cleaning Carissa !👍😎🐕‍🦺

My cushion covers come off and I washed them with woolite. It said only professional upholstery cleaning but the gentle cycle with woolite worked just fine!

Any time you clean a piece of furniture you have to use a hair dryer to dry it. It will prevent the watermark. You may also want to Scotchgard the sofa to prevent stains.

Hi Carissa! I 100% trust your judgement and expertise. I definitely have to try the steam shot machine. I have blue fabric couches with 3 children so it doesn't matter what color... children are going to be children LOL I had the water stain issue as well until I had them professionally clean last Spring. I watched the technique and the guy 1) used steam to clean like you're doing with this machine and 2) he did it in downward strokes. I copied those motions with my Bissell stain remover and it works. I never saw a water stain since. But I really have to try this machine!

I’m so excited about my new Bissell steamshot coming in. It supposed to be here April 22-May 11….🤷‍♀️ no, I don’t know why it’s going to take so long. But my window tracks are disgusting. And I can’t wait to try it on the hard water stains on my shower doors. Oh, and I’m definitely ordering that Scrub Daddy soap dispenser. I like that it’s sealed, so the dirty sponge doesn’t get mixed into the soap like the Mrs. Myers scrubby brush and the soap dispenser. It got so gross in the bottom. High point of the week, I love gardening, and it’s finally gotten warm enough to start getting outside and enjoying the flowers, the birds at the feeder, and the little rotund squirrels we have very well fed hanging out back there too. I think the mama squirrel is going to have babies again this year….she’s looking more rotund than usual. Low point, I have fibromyalgia and a flare usually kicks off for me with ringing in my ears, and that started. I hope I can short circuit that becoming full fledged before it gets there.

Omg!!! I've watched this video before but must have missed it. Your trick to cleaning doors using Dawn powerwash and a scrub daddy has literally changed my life!! We have three messy dogs who love to run outside and get dirty so the bottom half of all our doors stays slightly brown (ick). I used to use mr clean magic erasers but I felt like they took a ton of elbow grease and never actually worked. I just RAN into a room to try your method and it worked instantly and SO so well!! I can't wait to clean all my doors this weekend 😅

Love the long clean with me videos. Your channel was the first homemaking channel I subscribed to. I'm concerned that you have to stay up all night to edit. That doesn't seem sustainable. For me, I couldn't do it. I don't want you to get burnt out and stop creating. The shorts are good too but I use KZbin for the longer videos to help motivate me and keep me focused on what I should be doing in my own home. I just hope you are taking good care of yourself. 3 children is really hard and then not getting sleep is a whole other level. ❤

Hi, try fabric softener and water in a squirt bottle and a plastic scraper, I had awesome results with this method removing wallpaper and border in a living room and dining room. It left no glue residue. 😊 👋🏻

I recently saw a recipe to clean upholstery and other fabrics that cannot go thru the washing machine. Dawn and hydrogen peroxide. Good for colors and whites, of course patch test first. But wow this works!!! Used it on my fabric door shades & even my tile grout 👍😲

I love my Shark vacuum! Secondly, I watched a few of your videos today so I hope this is the one where you asked us to list our vacuum recommendation. I just recently bought my first ever cordless vacuum which was the Shark Rocket Cordless Stick Vacuum (IX142) - I don’t have any other cordless vacuums to compare it to but OMG I’m obsessed with it. We did home renovations last year and replaced our carpet with hardwood floors. Man, with our dog and our toddler the cordless has been life changing. I actually bought it online from kohls since I had $40 kohls cash and the total price was $173. If you try it out let me know. The only con I found was the battery life could be better. The one time I used it to clean our entire house top to bottom it was severely close to dying. But overall great. Lmk what you think! 😊

My high this week would probably have to be Easter weekend my son had such a blast that it made everything worth it. my low and "dinosaur" would probably have to be rolled up in one. I told my 3 year old that he's cute and he proceeded to explain to me that he cant be cute because he's not a baby and I was just stuck in a moment of awww but no your still my baby and your cute he was just not having it only babies can be cute. I saw someone on tiktok say to twist off the top of the pineapple and set it upside down for a few days to let the juices run back to the top. Also the vacuum I love is the hoover pet evolve. The battery is pretty good but the onky downside is I'm pretty sure it doesn't have the attachments for crevices

i was browsing the dreametech and then wondered if I had seen you use it before and then found this video. I'm ont he fence as many reviews talk about broken parts after some use. Still browsing cordless vaccuums. I have a roomba but need something easy and light weight for quick clean ups. Edit: Glad you are on the other side of the anxiety meds. It took me 2-3 weeks to taper off but I was on lower dose. I was so nauseous and dizzy tapering off but felt energy when i was completely off

If you test vacuum cleaners I would like to know if there are cordless ones that don't have any additional mini wheels. I have an old dyson and the small wheels cannot be taken off to clean and every hair winds around it. So then the foot scratches over the floor because those little additional wheels are blocked. It is so annoying. I couldn't get them clean even with pliers. Every vacuum seems to have those. 😢
