Never made much of a difference in any club, Real Madrid, Bayern, or Everton. At Madrid he was decent enough, Bayern a failure and at Everton he started on fire and is doing pretty good overall now but they’ve won nothing and that would be a failure especially if they don’t even make top 4, the Everton board have spent too much money and need to make up for it by playing UCL football.

It's funny, 'cause from a Brazilian perspective, the FIFA award' is normally more renowned, for being the more "official one" from Football's main Entity. The Ballon D'or got more well known around here arguably in the last two decades, since it was exclusively for Europeans up until 1995.
