I don't understand why some people are so obsessed with predicting how many slams Carlos will get in his lifetime. He already has 4 by age 21 and I enjoy watching his tennis period and have not enjoyed anyone as much since Roger retired. Vamos Carlitos!

I think he could genuinely approach 20. Maybe 10 more in the 2020s, predicting more than 5 in the 2030s is difficult as it's still unclear if his physical game style can reach the longevity of the big three

@@accretionescapee It’s a possibility yeah but 20 is an insane number. A lot can happen along the way but it’s difficult to see him with less than at least 10 currently

His ability to lob is uncanny, and coupled with his drop shots -- other tennis players must really feel there's never a comfortable place to be on the court when he is on the other side. Like living in a war zone with high-tech weapons aimed at you.
