While Carlos was doing the Santana Blues Band my uncle was already playing Latin rock with Latin percussion with his band called the "Aliens" Because my uncle and Carlos were friends at the time my uncle would invite Carlos to check out his band which eventually Carlos stole my uncles sound and his percussionist Chepito!

In the world there were and are very good guitarists, call yourselves, Eddie Van Halen, Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Brian May, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Hendrix, etc, etc, etc, but from there they did not pass, in several years they will to listen to a recording and they are going to ask, what good guitarist? Who is he? - But when listening to an album by Carlos Santana, they will immediately identify him, because C. Santana belongs to the small group of musicians who have created an inimitable and unrepeatable style, Carlos Santana stood out above all of them and that is why he is recognized worldwide En el mundo había y hay muy buenos guitarristas, llámense, Eddie Van Halen, Jimmy Page, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Brian May, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Hendrix, etc, etc, etc, pero de ahí no pasaron, en varios años van a estar escuchando una grabación y van a preguntar, ¿qué buen guitarrista? ¿Quién es él? - Pero al escuchar un disco de Carlos Santana, inmediatamente lo identificarán, porque C. Hopefully there's more of this interview somewhere so we can hear about his music rather than drug use during the 1960's. What a waste of his -and our- time having such a music legend from whom we can learn so much and just concentrating in one single issue. Issue which by the way hardly anybody cares about anymore having so many important matters at hand to which Carlos has been contributing to around the world. Music CBS, we wanna know about Santana's music and the things he does far beyond his music world. Please.

I lost my Carlos Santana shirt I got from Winslow,Az in the back of a Oklahoma City cop car when I ripped it off along with my shorts, because the officer left me in there handcuffed with no air and windows up. I was already previously suffering from dehydration and heat exhaustion... So its gone forever. Ended up being booked in in a paper suit.

Well, I was living behind a dumpster and that evening I was on my way to eat dinner at this place called Grace Mission and my moms house was in between so I stopped and went through the back door to get a glass of water...I sat and not even able to take one drink her roommate and his wife(who previously stolen my brothers tablet when I'd forgotten it) walked in and started attacking me...which they always do and then they call the police and I'm the bad guy... My mom was away at work so they only got their story so before you know it I was being arrested for "assault",I didn't hit him and "burglary two".... Thank God they dropped the assualt charge and down graded the burglary two to breaking and entering.... But,with that ishit being the way my family interacts and shows me love I jumped ship and starting my life in a new state making new friends. I'm progressing better without the negative and violent behavior from those I'm supposed to rely on.
