@@cesarordaz139 and when she filmed her mother’s body after she pew pewed her mother in the face five times and posed her body and then invited friends over to see. Sorry but Carly is getting hit very hard with the reality of CONSEQUENCES. I’m not sure why people think she should be excused for some reason yet Josh Phillips doesn’t get any empathy about his trauma or excused for his age at the time (14) (nor should be imho). Or see the James Bulger case in England (youngest perps ever in that country) in which both murderers have been released with new secret identities yet both have allegedly/apparently been involved in more crimes. Carly experienced some trauma but many do, her mother was an active, loving, and involved mother, and her decision and her behavior as she did it PLUS THE ATTEMPTED MURDER OF HER STEPFATHER shows a very very cold and calculating personality. That is not “fixable,” so…

Of course at 14 you know there are consequences for your actions. We were all that age n knew better. If we didn’t, we’d all be in jail now. 14-15 is not a exactly a lil child. I was that age like 8 years ago. I knew exactly what was going on at that age. I’m tired of people excusing age. She is not a functioning human being on any sort of normal level. Non of us would be able to do what she did at her age, because we knew better. I understand if it was an accident or if she acted without thinking in a mistake, but that’s not the case here.

and thats the only thing he's guilty of. you know what's more creepy? sitting at home plotting to shoot your biological mother and step father that's taken you in and treated you like their own. he'd be dead too if he didn't defend himself.

Oh FFS the guy was ambushed and nearly killed by a close family member, his partner was practically executed and his entire life has been flipped 180 degrees. He's probably still processing the shock and trauma of the events.

I could never be a lawyer because I couldn't seat next to evil perps let alone defend them.
