What is player empowerment? having a career choice? Again, organizations throw away players when they are no longer serviceable EVEN mid contract. Players get traded even when they are mid contract so why can't players do the same? What is rarely talked about is how toxic an NBA organization is. What is being ignored is how Pat publicly criticized Jimmy and saying why he wasn't paying him. Lastly, Zion never asked to be the face of the NBA. He is playing basketball and yes, should be on time. But he is being given the responsibility that he never asked for.
