As a professional chef of over 15 years (mostly michelin restaurants) I can confidently say that chefs have literally no idea how the animals , that are used in any restaurant ,are treated before they are killed and sold to them.

I respectfully disagree. I grew up in a very hospitality based family and was a chef for 10 years in similar circumstances myself. I had to work with live animals on numerous occasions and worked closely with abattoirs and alot of workers from abattoirs end up working in the catering industry. The attitude towards vegans in the industry is awful, I barely eat out now because I know some daft wee Commis is preparing my meal and cursing me in the process, as I used to do myself when preparing vegan meals for customers 🙏🏽

I used to work at a certain steak resurant in Bristol where locally supplied meat was loudly championed. The inverse side of the menu was all about where the meat comes from. During the busy Christmas period they buy in the cheapest cuts available online because the local supplier always runs out. Irrespective of where it comes from. I don’t even think they knew (or cared) where it came from.

Animal rights aren’t the same as human rights. This basic assumption is where vegans have it wrong. The reason we have teeth the way we do is so we can eat both meat and vegetables. Moreover, plants also experience pain, just because you can’t hear the screams, doesn’t mean they want to ‘die’. Vegan logic is pretty flimsy and they end up eating less nutritious food than meat eaters while pretending they are somehow more morally virtuous - they aren’t.

It really comes down to extreme selfishness. to rationalize doing something you know is completely WRONG for a moment of “pleasure “ . There is no excuse once you know better. To actually think it’s perfectly fine for an animal to live a life of hell, and then lose its life for a moment of taste is unjustified and tells a whole lot about his character.

( eating meat makes happy, not bad morphic field ). 3. more animals suffer and die, by most plant based eaters than eating only gras fed beef from local. 4.1-2 co2 and methane not cause natural catastrophes, but weather war-fare what UNO bans in 1977 . - 5. for decades, governments ( ruler makers, who are not like by most ), say, eat less meat. and 6. have few resources, but less than 8 billions lives, see china, india ( etc ) -villages, with each 1 b. ( = impossible ). 7. many very sick people, can handle only meat, 7.2-4 not carbs / sugar, fibers, oil. ( i improved much in some things ). 8. sweat fruits as this days, not existed in past, ( man / GMO made ). - 9. eat meat is spiritual. everything in world, is energy and info. so why waste energy for digest much and often plants. 10. i know a master, eats meat and can use creator-magic. I met an Indian couple recently, and I told them how a former co-worker took us to an Indian restaurant where they had a buffet for lunch. I said I thought it was wonderful to be able to take a little here and there to see what dishes we liked. She then warned me that they often use leftovers from weddings in buffets. 🤢🤮
