We're heading down to Anchorage, Alaska for a Costco meat haul! With my recent diagnosis of Lyme disease, we're working on significantly cleaning up our diet. Joe & I have decided to do a meat only (Carnivore) diet for at least 30 days. Carnivore is an elimination diet where you eat meat, eggs, fish & butter only. It's a fantastic way to rid your body of inflammation and a variety of other ailments & symptoms that are caused by the poor food we all eat on a daily basis. After 30 days we'll evaluate & one by one start adding certain WHOLE FOODS back into our diet. The idea is to remain free of processed foods, sugars & seed oils etc. Thanks for joining us for another video & for tagging along with me on my health journey to overcome and heal from Lyme disease. Cheers!

I tried Carnivore for a few months and . . . 2.5 years later I'm still eating Carnivore! I'm 71 and have more energy and feel great! Joint pain is greatly improved also! When I went to my heart doctor over a year ago, he said, "I don't know what you are doing, but keep it up!" He did not detect any of the heart issues that I have had in the past. (And my heart issues were not from Covid vaccines as we don't vaccinate either!) My daughter has chronic Lyme and is eating Carnivore also, as is her husband (and my husband too). And I'm thankful Joe joined you eating Carnivore as it is much easier when you have support. We are cheering you on and you are in our prayers!!

Oh so much to love about this!! I’ve been carnivore almost 90 days and it has been a literal life changer. No more brain fog, lots of energy, feeling amazing not run down and crappy, fasting sugars have started going down, cycle is regulated, lost inches, lbs, skin has improved…. I am cheering from the roof tops for you!!!! Just one piece if you haven’t come upon it, be aware of the symptoms of oxalate dumping. Sending soo many prayers and vibes.

So glad that you told her about the oxalate dumping. It does happen to some. I've been carnivore 17 months, this time... I use to eat carnivore about 15 years ago. Slipped back into adding vegetables from the garden and other things. I did fine until, I started getting joint pains and suddenly started falling when my knee would buckle. I knew that I needed to return to carnivore. Within a few short weeks, that was history. Running up and down stairs without a fear of my knee going to buckle. I'm staying put this time. I feel amazing. I'm 68 and on no meds. Sounds like things are going well for you, too. I think Tina is wise and has a great plan. I don't know about you, but her steak and eggs had me drooling. I'm currently on a water fast, which I do from time to time. I'm looking forward to her amazing updates. 😊

Lots of the foods I love (spinach, chard, nuts, etc) are high in oxalate acid, so it was hard for me to cut back on them, but I realize now how much of that "arthritis" I was dealing with was really what I was eating. This is a topic that you don't hear about near enough!

I agree to finding a new doctor. I had a doctor come down on me when I was concerned about taking certain meds together. Instead of addressing my concern, the Dr. Was mad that I would challenge her decision and went on to tell me her position in the medical field. I went to a new dr.(I decided that while she was telling me how dare I challenge her) And he said I understand your concern and explained why it was OK. A doctor who wants to make the patient know they care work with you in all angles of care.

Yes, I changed Drs for that very same reason! I had a heart attack and surgery ( stint) put in !! 99% blocked! My cardiologist is from India, and I switched to herbs from Statins, and she said! I can't give you a prescription for it, but we've been using it for centuries in India with great results! If she were to give me a prescription, she'd loose her lisc. To be a Dr!!! You are so correct about our food. That's why I grow some of my own. I cycle carnivore, keto, paleo and do different lengths of fasts. People give carnivore a bad rap and that comes from ignorance. Carnivore is very healing for the body. I'm 72 and on no meds, no known diseases, eat organic, grass finished meat, wild caught salmon, farm fresh eggs, etc, walk Annabelle the Lab and hit the gym 5 days a week. I do a 7 day full moon protocol for parasites, worms using Cell Core products. They have a line for Lyme. Great update, I support your plan, God bless ❤

So happy for you discovering carnivore. I’m on it since January 2023.Life changing; no more body aches, no lower back aches, no kidneys aches, no muscular dystrophy aches, no lungs aches when I breathe in, no painful heart palpitations, very clear mind, no more plantar fasciitis (had it for more than 10 years) nothing worked and is gone for good. I can walk normally now, I’m 61 and very active most of the day, (caregiver for my 90 years mom and another 70 years homeless lady whom we adopted from the streets. No more pre diabetic blood tests perfect, sleeping like a baby, and so on. I really feel like in my 20s. I’m saying 20s because all of this symptoms started in my early 30s, and the doctors couldn’t help with anything. And so many other improvements to many to write on. And I lost 25 pounds being overweight because I couldn’t do any walking or activity because of my sick condition. Praise God for carnivore diet. ❤ Way to go girl! You will love it. Don’t forget ELECTROLYTES and IODINE (a must)And good salt.😊💕

Hey Tina, saw the program tonight and I enjoyed it so much. I watched a Pentecostal Ministertonight and thought about you. Yo know back in biblical day and times they ate LAMB. He was telling about how the people lived and and their health was good. He said that LAMB meat was healing to the human body. I have lots of health issues and would love to try LAMB and only eat me so I can try to heal my body. This is the site to go to on KZbin. “4Months and Then the Final Rain...Perry Stone” Let me know if you watch it and what you think about it. It's at the first part of his preaching so you won't have to watch the whole program. Love you all Ms Nell

I also was going to suggest a carnivore diet. I've been on it for a year mainly due to Lyme disease and to lose weight and for type 2 diabetes which lowered both. Also good for inflammation more energy etc. Started this diet by watching Dr Ken Berry and his wife on KZbin. I'll be honest it was hard at first now I love my veggies and so no veggies. Best of luck in whatever you chose. Blessings to you and the family. 😊🇺🇲

Tina, I’ve been on carnivore for 14 months and all my blood work has been excellent. My intentions were to only do it for one month but after a month, I decided to continue since I was seeing great results. I no longer get migraines or digestion problems and I have more energy. I have found that when having trouble to go to the washroom, I just up my fat and that gets things going. As for your health, you have to go with your gut and your research. No one knows your body better than yourself. Good luck and you’re in my prayers. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Oh, you are going to absolutely love the way you are going to start feeling on the carnivore. This makes me smile. I have been on carnivore for 9 months now and I have lost 70 lbs. but most of all I feel amazing, and I am 62 and it has saved my life. I started out with a 90-day basis, and I will never go back to eating the standard American diet. You have the land to raise your own beef as well. I am down to 158 today. I was 229 lbs. 9 months ago. But my energy and how I felt started right away. I sure wish you and Joe the best. You can watch Dr. Chaffee and he is amazing at what the carnivore can do for you guys. You never know what God has in store for us. Hugs and blessings to you always. Now make sure Joe gets a kilt and wears it for us. He would look so good in a kilt. Oh, and remember your body will start dumping the oxelet build up in it. You might feel a little sick but don't stop eating the proper nutrients that meat and fat will give you through the side effects you are going to experience.

The BEST diet ever. I switched to “90%” Carnivore (a slightly more strict KETO) and completely resolved my entire GUT health and serious acid issues (I had been taking acid medicine for almost 2 decades and stopped completely after). I also feel great and have much more overall energy. Going strict Carnivore is even better but I just am not the best at super strict dieting so I stick in the KETO space fully. It’s crazy how good you can feel after a couple of months of a good diet!

I modified it a bit though. I eat all red and chicken + raw veggies from a great farmer I know. I don't eat peas, corn or carrots because of the sugar value in them but all the other roasted vegetables. I drink whole milk. Tina, do what you know is best for you!

Are you peri-menopausal or post-menopausal? There are so many health issues that occur or worsen as one’s estrogen/progesterone/testosterone levels drop during this time period. I highly recommend HRT (hormone replacement therapy); and taking FDA-approved medications such as transdermal Estradiol patch; oral Micronized Progesterone; and vaginal Estradiol cream for Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause (GSM) symptoms. Just like we may take insulin or thyroid hormones if our levels drop, adding these other hormones can improve your short term and long term health & well being. The challenge is finding a menopause specialist that is up on the latest research and treatment modalities. I recommend tele-health options (e.g. Alloy Health or Midi Health) if you don’t have an appropriate clinician nearby. Good luck!!

Ok, so carnivore diet, you are doing what my Grandfather did to find out which type of Allergies he had and he did find out about his personal Allergies!!!. He practiced as a Doctor in a small Town in North Carolina until he was 72 years old before he retired and he lived until he was 80 years old. Excellent choices for yourself and Joe and Parker (eating healthy, but including dairy and fruit and vegetables for Parker! Best of Health you ALL!

Omgoodness! I started Carnivore Jan 20, 2024! I had gotten my labs back and was shocked! I haven’t looked back. My husband started 2 months later and when I say I NEVER thought he would join me I am serious! But he needed to heal his back! We both are living again! I am so excited for you guys. Meal plans are so much simpler now. Remember the fat! Especially in the beginning. Off all RX meds, down 2 sizes, but my health is soooooo much better and that was the main reason for me. Welcome to the family and health benefits. 🎉❤

Atta girl. Rockefeller trained doctors use intimidation to have control over people and since the great awakening are losing that trust. I think it's great and love to see people learn and empower themselves. Did I tell you I had a patient who had chronic Lyme and other tick born illnesses (she was a biologist, and in the forest a lot) She may have had it about 20-30 years. Anyway, she tried hyperbaric therapy and felt it helped her. Of course, the insurance felt it was not medically necessary which is too bad. Best of luck....self management is a long journey (I've been in it for 15 years) and difficult sorting out all the information.

Tina, if you test positive for Lyme Disease, through your primary doctor, I would definitely take those antibiotics, in addition to your supplements, to get it out of your system. It’s almost like it lies dormant for a while, then flares up whenever. Love you, Tilly and Sarah.

Agreed with the other posters upon hearing of your diagnosis and thinking carnivoire for healing!! Hubby and i on it now only 3 weeks in, and dealing with the 'oxilate dumping'/ keto flu is the hard part, and carb cravings, but so excited to see you guys on a similar journey. May God continue to bless you Tina 🙏praying for y'all ❤

My husband and I have been carnivore since January 21, 2024. We also use heavy cream sparingly, cheese, and eggs, and fried pork rinds. We had been on Keto close to five years, but veered into using and making "Keto" desserts, bread, tortillas, etc. As a result, our weight started creeping up again, and so did my husband's blood pressure. We decided to try carnivore, and LOVE the simplicity. Meal planning is so easy, and meal prep for several meals at once is easy, too!! Good luck, we hope it helps resolve a lot of the ill effects of the Lyme Disease.

I'm a new subscriber as of your diagnosis video. I appreciate your openness and vulnerability. So happy you have decided to go carnivore to improve your health. I used CLE when I homeschooled my 7 children years ago. Glad to see they are still in business. My son and his family just made the move from Virginia to Moose Pass AK last month. They are loving it. They are expecting their 5th child in September. Two of my daughters have experienced symptoms similar to yours. Both take anxiety/anti depressant meds. As far as I know, neither have been tested for Lyme's. I sent them the link to your diagnosis video. Blessings to you and your family. Keep looking up!

Hi Tina, I started eating carnivore in February, it took some time but to date I am down 30lbs from 185 to 165 and feel so much better healthier and have more energy. I went through breast cancer 18 years ago ( i went through chemo and radiation and took oral medicine for a few months then stopped them as they made me a depressed zombie) and have not felt like my (pre-cancer self ever since until recently. My gf said to me the other day... omg do you ever sit down you just go, go, go, sit down and take a break with me lol 😊 it felt good to hear as I haven't felt this good in years. So just to clarify my understanding of carnivore is meat (mostly beef) and dairy which is what I have been doing and strict carnivore is the Loins diet, not trying to argue the difference just clarifying what I'm doing. Love you channel, I've been watching since your move back to Alaska when I came across your channel ❤

I dont know if this would intrest you ,😊I bought a meat grinder for my kitchenaid mixer. I noticed you have one also. The attachment workes for all sizes. Sooo I have not looked back since I got it. I feel safer buying my favorite cuts at costco but if I want ground Ribeye chicken or turkey I do it myself. We have had some scary discoveries with meats from our local grocers .( Wal mart) hate saying it. But meat is important to many of us.. thank God for Costco. Love watching yall.

Hi Tina, when I watched you explain your diagnosis of lyme disease which has created so much turmoil in your system, my heart goes out to you and your family! I am not a doctor, nor do I have a background in health But I do believe that there comes a point in time when alternative health practitioners and methods can be essential to help further find or nail down causes of illnesses. Rather than treating symptoms and applying the so called "bandaids". If you have the time or chance to tune into some of these peoples' stories, they may help you to not feel alone and they may help you with ideas as you are just forging your way. First all 3 of these people have been on this carnivore diet for more than 5 years, 2nd) 1 of them was also diagnosed with lyme disease, 3rd) all 3 have compromised autoimmune systems, there may be more similarities shared between you and these people. They are: Justin Rhodes (KZbin channel is in his name), Jordan Peterson and Mikhail Peterson (has suffered from childhood Arthritis) Their stories are amazing, they are amazing people and I sure hope you can find inspiration, strength and hope from those who have struggled yet found ways to improve their lives. I wish you all the very best, my name is Heather, I am from Saskatchewan Canada

Im sorry if my previous comment about alpha gal caused you more fear and anxiety. That wasnt my intention at all, i simply wanted to throw it out there as its a part of Lime and on the increase so that you could be aware and test for it if necessary if it hasnt been tested for already. Id hate to make you more anxious though. I have a life expectancy of 40 (38 now) with a debilitating, degenerating condition so i know how heath anxiety can work and wouldnt wish it upon anyone and hate that my comment may have caused you more fear and stress and anxiety. That truly wasnt my intention. I hope carnivore helps you feel better alongside your herbal protocol. I agree with changing drs. I could tell you some SHOCKING conversations ive had with drs over the years over my conditions (i have a primary condition with secondary conditions because of the primary one). Drs have no right to make you feel worse than when you went in, and they shouldnt be dismissive at all. Their role is to listen and help! Hope you find a decent practitioner for you that you are comfortable with and you can trust in their choices and options for you. Its a partnership, never them above you! We have a robin that visits us, and the saying " when a robin is here a loved one is near" we take it as a loved one thats passed, visiting us too! So lovely you do the same with butterflys. We also have an owl that visits which is unusual where we live, but my husbands mum loved owls so again we always say maybe its her visiting and checking in! ❤ Sending love of healing love and thoughts your way! ❤

I can say don’t listen to people that don’t know you really well, it your body and you do what you think is best. Along with your doctors you know yourself better than anyone. My grand parents lived along time they ate meat and veggies everything just about was fried in lard. The may have lived longer if they ate better but we don’t know, they were in their 80’s and my Dad ate a lot of things cooked the same way he lived into his late 80’s. I think it you genetics if something don’t take you early.
