EXCELLENT message. Thank you for showing how 30 years of franken-food damage cannot always be undone in 1.5 years. SOO much has been undone and reversed back to healthy❤ I can only imagine (because I am a girl😂) how much more effective your TRT is because you have persevered on your health journey. You seriously deserve congratulations on so many levels. Your transparency is so refreshing in this weird cultural environment we are in. Yes there are bumps in the road but you two always fight your way back to center to do the next right thing. Love you for the examples that you are!💖

So glad you are on testosterone. My husband is on it also. Doctors are so quick to help men with testosterone issues but they most times refuse to help women with low estrogen and progesterone especially menopausal women. I’m so glad I found a great gynecologist who understands and checks my hormone levels often and prescribes me the dosage that my body needs. Low hormones cause brain fog and exhaustion and depression and low libido and body aches and so much more. Often times doctors tell us it’s all in our heads and they try to give us antidepressants. But it’s truly a physiological thing and more doctors need to educate themselves on this topic. Thank you for sharing. And you are right about all the junk that we’ve eaten all our lives causing so many health issues. God bless you.

You run risk of forever needing test if you think you can run it for a few months and stop. Seriously do heavy research before you get on test. It’s usually a lifetime commitment or else u run risk of having even lower numbers than when u started

What about all the idiots going on Ozempic, are they doing research? Why don't you go troll them? Do they know they will regain all the weight +20% after 2 years(and it will be more fat this time), and will just have to increase dosage and stay on it , like drug addicts? My body will produce testosterone again when it needs to. I eat a proper human diet. I'm older now, and not looking to make babies. Be aware that most primary care doctors have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to testosterone levels mine told me I was fine with 250 - 300 ng/dc and that this is normal and it is not so try your primary care doctor and if you get a similar response then find an endocrinologist they know what they are doing when it comes to testosterone

you show the total cholestrol after 1 y (@3:10) being 421, while LDL is 34, and HDL is 61. this adds up to a total of at most 110. And that my friend is the bigger problem than your T. Regarding T, total T is anyway not relevant, only free T, which yu do no show. Low total cholesterol, when silymarin supplements would be indicated At 3:20 you say "everything was perfect"... That is a wrong statement. To get cholesterol up, some things can be done: Q10 supplementation, los of nuts, yet only pecan and almonds without skin, butter, 10 eggs per day. After 4 weeks, there should be results visible

carnivore diet tends to lead to lower Test. There is studies on this, if you care about that. Different diets have been compared and carnivore leads on average to significant decrease in test whereas Vegan leads leads to significant average increase. Why this happens? Who knows, not enough nutrients? meat heavy diet is quite inflammatory so that could play a part? also obesity/poor life style can damage endocrine system which leads to lower test.
@thefanlot551716 күн бұрын
You are so misguided, meat does not lead to inflamation. Show me the non bias studies leading to lower T on carnivore vs higher T on vegan diet.
