I hope you enjoy them! I will say I made them in the oven and then in a convection oven at my mom’s house and the air fryer truly does make a difference. So if you have one, make sure to use it! If not, placing them on a wire rack in the oven so the air can circulate around them helps them get slightly crispier than a baking sheet alone! 👍

That looks so yummy! Thanks for the recipe and thanks for the coupon code for the Tastee air fryer. I’m new to ketovore and just purchased this new kitchen tool with your discount code! Ready, set, air-fry!!!

They are delicious! And yes- we’ve loved our air fryer (can’t believe I’m saying that!) but I even tested this recipe in the oven and then in my moms convection oven and the air fryer really does make a difference. Hope you enjoy and congrats on your journey!

I tried to cook with an air fryer but it stunk like melting plastic while ooking and the food kinda had that taste as well. Dunno if all of them are like that but I couldnt keep using it. ( it was a new ninja air fryer )
@carnivorecouple9 сағат бұрын
Sorry that was your experience! My guess is it was just the air fryer you were using. Hope you can try it again sometime.

YES! I will say I did try them in an oven and then a convection oven on a wire rack and nothing made them as crispy as an actual air fryer. So if you have an air fryer, make sure to use it for this recipe 👍

Amazing work! I haven't done blood work in years, makes me want to do the same. After this summer, I'll have been carnivore (off and on) for 8 months. About to start another 100 day strict sprint. And thank you for breaking down the science of the relationships between HDH and LDL. It's far more complicated (but also very logical) than the conventional "LDL=bad" narrative. Just subbed! Looking forward to seeing you more in my feed. Keep up the good work!

Who can afford steak and every night. But good job on the weight loss. You look terrific.
@carnivorecoupleКүн бұрын
Honestly when you don’t eat anything else it costs about $60/week in groceries for just steak. That gives me six steaks a week and then one meal of burger patties with eggs. If that’s still out of the budget you can always swap for eggs/ground beef and probably get the cost down to $30/week. Hope that helps.

How’s the cholesterol though? I’m worried about that since It’s already a bit elevated.

Don't forget about things like taco meat, and put egg yolks and sour cream on everyting. Tallow will become your new go-to sauce, and you can strain it and use it over and over. The amount of lean regulates your muscle mass, but the fat is your fuel. It only takes once of drinking the juices off your plate from that ribeye to get it, then it becomes a welcome part of a satisfying meal. Don't forget the salt!

Woo-Hoo y'all! Keep on kickin! Words like "restrictive" and "diet" make it sound like WeightWatchers. I like to tell people how much freedom the Carnivore Lifestyle brings. I'm 72 years old and I used to go to the pantry and fridge constantly, because plants keep you constantly hungry. I'm a lucky one, from the very first day, I knew that this would be my life. For me it wasn't weight, it was auto-immune issues. So if this is you, there can be a future just as bright as the Carnivore Couple. A warning though, if you're counting carbs, you are more likely to fail. Cheat-ivore leads to cheating. Stay clean like these guys. In the last 20 years I failed twice; Atkins and Low Carb. But now after a year of Strict Carnivore, my mouth still waters every time I cook a steak or burger. BTW, Carnivore can be VERY affordable. If you can find a local rancher, you can get Prime Ground Beef for about $6 lb, $7.25 lb delivered, 50 lbs just got delivered here yesterday. This ain't Walmart crap either!
