Just so you know 30 days is just the beginning, the true health healing can take months or years. I started Carnivore in January of 2021, after being Keto for 6 months. Carnivore is the ultimate elimination diet. I'm not pure Carnivore anymore, I'm Carnivore-ish, I include some avocados, onions, berries and some low carb foods on occasion, I pay attention to the inflammation in my body. I do have cheat days but I keep the carbs low and keep inflammatory foods out altogether. No bread, or grains or veggies, very small amounts of dairy like butter, sour cream. Except I do have some naturally Fermented foods like Milk Kefir, Kim Chi, Pickles, Sauerkraut, or Kombucha (the natural kind without all the added sugar). Check out Dr. Ken Berry's wife Neisha, who follows a Carnivore-ish way of eating. A little different than me, but it definitely seems to be working for her.

I have an autoimmune disease which narrows down my diet to mainly meat & a few limited veggies. I just found out eggs cause eczema on my skin, so I had to cut out my favorite easy food 😭 I’m always experimenting on my meals. I am very restricted and limited in what I can eat, I’m pretty sure people are annoyed going out to eat with me. But it is what it is. Also I am 100% gluten free right now after trying sourdough for a few months. I am not cutting out carbs currently. Sometimes I do. But cutting carbs just reduces your water weight, not actual fat. At least in my case that’s what it is. Losing weight with an autoimmune disease is extremely difficult. If I manage my sleep and eating properly then I can lose a few pounds. Otherwise nothing else works for me. Thanks for sharing this video!

Oh wow! That so hard, have you tried increasing your fat intake? Omega 3s and other fats such as avocado and even butter have shown to help autoimmune conditions.

Very interesting ! I’m from the uk 🇬🇧 and I would call that a high protein diet . I’m a long time subscriber (years) you look younger now than years ago when you were in that multi level apartment .

I would agree, it’s exactly what you said, a high protein diet that is void of pretty much all carbohydrates. And thank you for the compliment, very kind of you 😀

Just as important as the protein is the fat. Nutritious, delicious, healthy, saturated and unsaturated fat. The people who lie to us constantly, lied to us... constantly.

First seeing your video, it’s wonderful. You should check out the other person that you remind me of and her name is Jenny Mitich KZbin Carnivore videos, like you she is direct to the point of the wonders of the carnivore diet. You might think that meat is not the reason why things got better for you, but I’m sure you realize that meat and eggs are the most Dense real nutrients that your body can get in food, real food that is! I’m sure you have heard of Michaela Peterson and like you she thought she could add things back into her diet but overtime she realized that even the simplest of things was causing her body to have afflictions and inflammation, which caused her to go back onto a stricter form of the diet as she called it invented it the phrase “Lion Diet” Cheers! Can’t wait to see one of your other videos.

Wishing I could tolerate this but I detest meat and have since I was a kid….

When leg cramps occur with me, no amount of electrolytes, or otherwise magnesium, pickle juice advice, etc.. ever resolves it. The only thing that gets me back to sleep is taking a single ibuprofen to help tame that discomfort.

Try cream of tartar. Look it up.
@wildrosez16 ай бұрын
I had a problem in the beginning of Carnivore for the first 2 years, I would get such bad abdominal cramps in the early morning sometimes, not everyday, that I would sometimes pass out if my potassium was too low. Cream of Tartar really helped because of the high potassium. Eventually that went away even without the Cream of Tartar but I brought it back because I noticed it really helped my energy level.

You stopped being carnivore the moment you added Berries, cucumbers etc. You got off the bus.
