Great job! What are you aloud to drink? I can't seem to give up on my diet mountain dew. I have cut back on it a bunch.

I will tell you what I am drinking other then water . There are these drinks called BAI , they come in many flavors. Now there are ones that aren’t so good for you that have lots of caffeine , and then the normal ones . These are gluten free , kosher approved meaning a fairly clean product, and say on the bottle that they do not affect your blood sugar , and other poisons left out . I like several different flavors.
