Continually growing vegetables just strips the topsoil . grazing cattle and animals replenish the topsoil. Even a couple of chickens scratching around in your flower bed and garden will it prove it.

I guess beef flour is freeze dried beef turned into powder? So, if you have a freeze dryer, (like he has) then you should be able to make your own beef flour from scratch. I may have to try that one day.
