Oh wow those are adorable and a great idea! I make frittata like this in big oven safe pan but never thought to use ground beef as a crust! We make our own breakfast sausage so maybe I’ll use that on the bottom. I love the small loaf idea. That would fit well in my kids lunch’s - none of us are big on eating first thing in the morning. Thank you for passing it on! ❤ Also- I love Brie. Never thought of using it. Mind BLOWN. (Worth the splurge on dairy lol)

The loafs are soooo cute and so proud of Illi for trying them. I need to show Serena this video and say, "Look! She's eating eggs!" Haha. 😂 Great concept about using the leftovers. We almost always eat out leftovers, so this was smart for how your family functions.

I like the fat. So I might try this by putting fried ground beef into the pans with fat and chilling them to create a “solid” crust. Then pour the egg mixture over it. It looked like your egg went through the crust and that might be why you didn’t get the crispy crust you wanted. Worth a try.

Love your air fryer! I have never seen one like that. Why do you use it on the floor though?

I love it. It's the ninja 6 in 1 with grill plate. I keep it on my balcony because it sets the smoke detector off inside. Plus I love the feeling of cooking outside, so I just put it in the corner and it works! :)
