The best noodles/egg wraps I’ve tried. They flip so easy. I was running out of egg whites so I used 40 grams of egg whites ( Bulk Supplements, the ones with sunflower lecithin, ordered not knowing) and 20 grams of Anthony’s heavy cream powder. Turned out great. I made a tasty lasagna. Chef kiss❣️ Thank you Maria!

Maria, these look amazing! Years ago I would make manicotti with crepes from the joy of cooking, but they aren't carnivore!! I'm eager to try your crepes. I think cottage cheese is great in Italian dishes, but I did find a ricotta that isn't as grainy. I can't remember what it's called at the moment. I'll write in again later after I remember!! Thanks for the fun recipe!!

I’ve gone to a little Italian restaurant called Aversano’s near where I live. Of course the noodles are high carb but they have a chicken cannelloni that is so yummy. They use both a red sauce and Alfredo sauce. To have something like that to be Keto/Carnivore would be amazing! Another recipe idea perhaps? Thank you for posting all your recipes.

If I remember correctly, Kai is 14 years old. His skin is amazing! Take note, acne doesn’t have to be the bane of being a teenager. Diet plays the whole role in this as acne is just another form of inflammation.

I am having an issue with this recipe. I weighed the noodle portion like it says and mine turned into a glob. Will not even pour out of the blender. I used the same brands of product except the egg white protein is the JR brand that you use to use, so I can use it up. Would that change the texture? Is it okay to add more liquid to thin it?
