This is #3 iteration of Carnivore Pizza and I've gotta say that it's my best one yet. I did a little critical thinking on what the flaws were of the other ones, and I've figured out that moisture is the enemy. It's not perfect, but I'm on the right track! Chicken crust recipe
Crust
8 oz cooked ground chicken
4 oz mozzarella
1 oz ground pork rinds
1 egg
1) Add everything to your food processor and blend on high for about 1 minute until a dough has formed.
2) Cook on medium in a non-stick pan until well browned or about 5 minutes
Alfredo Sauce
1 Cup Heavy Cream
¼ Cup grated parmesan
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
1) Add your cream to a pan over medium heat. Let reduce by half or until big bubbles start to form ~3 minutes.
2) Turn the heat off and slowly stir in your parmesan cheese. This will help keep it from breaking
3) Season with salt and pepper to taste
Assembly
1) Add 3 large tbsp of your alfredo sauce to your crust. Spread evenly
2) Place down about ¼ cup of mozzarella around your pizza
3) Place down bunches of prosciutto randomly.
4) Put the pan under a high broiler for about 3 minutes to let the cheese brown and the prosciutto crisp up.
