Thanks so much for this video. I am new to canning. The book recipe calls for olive oil but you used butter, which I would prefer. Is that safe?

There are some errors in some of the All New Ball Books. The way I did this recipe is correct

kelly fogarty11 some recipes call for it some don’t. Most people don’t cook with sherry so this is a better recipe since most people have wine on hand. This recipe is amazing without sherry...
