Great video. Carolina Beach State Park looks like a very nice place. I have vacationed twice at Carolina Beach. It's a really nice vacation spot. Laid back atmosphere and only the one road in and out. Lots of things to do in addition to being a beach bum. The North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Fisher, There was a small military museum by Kure Beach, Airlee Gardens, The North Carolina Battleship, the riverfront walkway in Wilmington. The times I have been there, the beach was had a lot of people, but not overcrowded like some other east coast beaches. A stop at Squigleys for ice cream is mandatory.

sc state parks do charge admission fees. we just came home from Myrtle Beach state park and it had an admission fee.......don't recall what it was but there is a manned gate with a cashier. admission is included with camping. they charge $8 daily to fish from the pier......walking on it is free but Carolina Beach is in north carolina

TN also has no admission fee. Nice place. I’ve been wanting to camp here. Wondering about kayaking there. I need an easy drive up put in as I’m 5 ft and not strong😂. I’m a solo tent camper!

Are you allowed to have your dogs by river? We have 2 Chi's and we dont go to beach because we cant take them. Yes.. they are spoiled. Do you leave your little one in the rv?

Dogs were seen along the river and in the day use areas, just not in buildings. Lou

@LivingOurDreamNow My husband is close to retiring...we bought a 37ft 5th wheel....been on one trip and have already decided it's too big. We are from Summersville Wva. I will be following you for sure. When you are between campgrounds where do you stay? Truckstops?

There are many free and cheap overnight stops we use. Just look under the playlist tab on our channel for the appicable state. All our videos recorded in that respective state are included withing those playlists. We DO NOT use truck stops. Lou
