I've caught smaller halibut than that doormat flounder. That is a beautiful fish.

I really appreciate your video and fishing tips. I always fish the chesapeake bay bridge tunnel and not much in inlets. I tried your methods the other day in lynhaven inlet and it worked great. We caught about a dozen flounder. Thanks again.

Great instructional video to fish for flounder. Was the first fish a Fluke? I didn't know flounders grow that big.

I have been looking for the Eagle Claw Snelled Hooks in New Bern, NC and have not been able to find them. I even looked on Amazon and have not been able to find the 1/0 & 2/0. Are you getting them at Dudley's Marina in Swansboro, NC?

Great Video....Just a hunch, could have been shark scar, I would bet on a gig through and through...pretty uniform...I doubt a shark loses many when it gets 3 large teeth that deep.....If gigged, interesting that it recovered.
