Panthers have announced new stadium renderings for Bank of America Stadium. This will be the stadium’s biggest renovation in the 30 year history. Charlotte city council will vote on these proposed upgrades on June 24th. The city would invest $650 million dollars with a 1% tax increase on hotel and food in the city of Charlotte. Tepper sports is willing to put up $150 million. If the city votes yes, the upgrades would take place between 2025-2029 and keep the Panthers in Charlotte for another 20 years.
