This is a lovely home. The kitchen is huge.

This is another great house. I agree the porch is a great feature. The separation between the main rooms is welcome. Kitchen is beautiful. Island perfect. Love the plank flooring throughout the whole home. Main suite is great. One last thing I’d do is upgrade ceilings to have the registers to the ceiling. Base/average for ice is fair but a tad high. Overall the home is live in ready.

This model is called "Carolina Southern belle" it's a Schult home made for Clayton homes and for me is way better than the Lulabelle, it looks more refined and strong built.
