Nice size living room. It’s just huge. Love that kitchen and dining room. Nice butlers pantry there. Huge island. Would change the color of the sink to black porcelain to match the other appliances. Seems that textured tile would be harder to clean. I’m just guessing. Those gray cabinets are beautiful. Nice laundry room. Great guest bedrooms and bathroom. Loving the family room. I would open the first bedroom into a living room, open that wall for its door; and turn the front room into the den w/kitchen combo. And w/d needs to be on exterior wall. LOVE the kitchen! Good floor plan. Good presentation.

Wow what a home! I raised 5 kids! This home would have been perfect while they were growing up. There is room for everything!I can just imagine living in it and being surrou ded by all those I love. Perfection! The family room is oerfect as far as Im concerned. I live the colors, Ther harth and mantle are beautiful. The location is perfec I van just imagine havibg comoany over. The family roo. allows the kids to be in there and be kids (read loud) while the adults ar÷ in the dining or livingroom. Such a special home.

Can you imagine putting your little home office in that bonus room with the fireplace? Working in there with a warm fire bringing such warmth and charm to the space as you'r working? And having a french door going out to the 'porch' space instead of that extra bedroom? I love that weird little bathroom with it's laundry room entrance! Can you imagine coming in from working on the guarden or maybe the hubby was working on his car; or maybe the dog is coming in muddy? or maybe have a pool outback? They could go straight into the tub/shower without bringing all that through the house to the master bathroom. :p Loving this home but I would definitely need to see about putting a wall between the living space & the kitchen. I am not a fan of having my kitchen mess exposed to guests in the living room. While it seems nice to have the smell of the kitchen 'wafting' in that space; having that smell getting imbedded in the soft textures of the living room furniture. Eew. But yeah, loving this house and very little I would change.

I love the colors , the space you have in this home. The only thing I would change is the carpet in the bedrooms. People with allergies shouldn't have carpet for they absorb everything and anything. They are actually the dirties thing in a home. I'm a professional cleaner so I literally hate carpet.

I wouldn't trust a dealer who can't post the price of their homes that would give the general price depending on options and we know over the last year prices have went stupid and are subject to change this makes me feel like they would charge some people one price and others a different or higher price depending on the person

Hey Donnie, they don't because prices are changing so much. I talk to these sales people all the time, its not personal, its because if I post the price this week, it may change a month later when you decide to inquire, so they want to give you accurate prices.

Love this. I'd rather have the 2 back rooms as my kid's bedrooms and the first bedroom as the den. No door to laundry room from bathroom or from master closet to bathroom. Maybe another linen closet could go between the shower and tub without the door there. Wish there was a price range or minimum price. Then I'd know how excited I could actually get! 😁. I don’t work for the dealership, I tour these homes because I love love touring them. Some Dealerships have had the prices posted in the past but with the pandemic and the cost of lumber fluctuating they can’t post prices because they are changing so much. You have to contact them directly for pricing and their info is always in the description box of every video

That's not uncommon these days. Before everything went crazy..I toured a palm harbor Labelle model...It was around 250,000 -270,000 a year ago. Now that home is 330,000 +. Their prices are going crazy and over the top now. + 1 acre of land around the Houston area is 55000.00-60000. It's just different and I guess most people don't want to give our unstable info.

Why don’t you show homes that are staged with Furniture & assessories, they are much more attractive. That would be so much better than you trying to describe how you would decorate it. Other people showing these videos find homes that are staged most of the time, occasionally they show one that isn’t. It will improve your subscriptions if you do, just trying to help. 😊

Diane, thanks for your comment. When you visit these places you won't always see staged homes. I give you the realistic version as well as the staged ones. I am not worried about subscriptions so much as getting these homes out there. Hope you enjoy the ones that are staged!
