Hello Yiying! You will definitely putting the work in here but persevere and you’ll be so happy you did! I am so happy you like the colours and flowers…I know many of us appreciate colour and having fun with it! My sports wardrobe is very colourful however my ‘normal’ day to day clothing is actually mainly neutrals such as black, navy, green and white! I definitely have more fun with my training outfits! 😆🤩

Wasn't it just brilliant Peach. Slow & steady is right. I went 15kg on rows and mostly 7.5kg for curls but had to drop to 5kg for those wide curls. I probably would have managed a 6kg if I had them so that is my next purchase. Very well done you👏👏 because it was slow & steady was very doable and enjoyable. The time flew by. Glad tomorrow an active rest day. Will run instead. Have a great day and enjoy all💪🏋️

@@annereidy515 Same here Anne. I started with 15kg, dropped to 12.5 to 10kg for the back. I also tried 7.5kg for the arms but wasnt able to sustain it so I had to drop to 5kg as well!. I only have a 10lbs at home so now I went to the gym and tried heavier weights. Love how Caroline continuously challenges us! Have fun on your run tomorrow!

Hi Caroline...hi everyone...all finished and another great workout! I used 12.5 kg for the rows as this is my heaviest weight and 8 kg for biceps! I enjoyed the biceps part most...great choice of exercises and a great burn...I loved the finisher! Those holds were just killing! Hi, Mathew, I used 10kg kettlebell for rowing (it's time consuming to change the weights of the dumbells during the workout as I have just 1set of dumbells, and all this variations sometimes frustrate)) and 5 kg for biceps, as I just couldn't proceed with 7,5 kg weight as I usually train for lighter weight. So this was the moment that Caroline teased a few weeks back when she mentioned that the 20kg DBs would appear on a back day. This is one awesome workout and I guess today I really realise how Caroline on your TV screen inspires, challenges and motivates you not to sit still but to progress. Today I used 22.5 kg DBs for the rows and 12.5 kg DBs for all the rest. Honestly on the rows there definitely is a little bit more in the tank, however those Biceps Sets torched and the holds in the finisher were absolutely brutual and I love a wee Hammer Curl. Nice Pump to finish threes days of probably the best training ever.😍

This woman's upper body strength is amazing. I mainly stuck with 4kg and 8kg. My left shoulder and lats just don't activate as well and tires so much quicker than my right. I love unilateral training though! 😍😍

Another great workout. Maybe this is a little TMI (Too Much Information), but I have a full length mirror in my workout area and yesterday when I was doing the lower body workout and lunges I glanced in the mirror to make sure my form was ok and I was shocked! I said to myself: where did my butt go?! Not to be crass, but I actually have to go buy new underwear because they don’t fit anymore, they are a little too droopy now! I have been doing Caroline’s workouts consistently for only about 3 months now and this is my first EPIC I’ve done from start to finish. Caroline is the best personal trainer and motivator. I never thought I’d be in this great of shape in my life and at 45 years old I’ve never looked and felt so good! Thank you Caroline! You truly are amazing.

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw her photos. And it’s not like she wasn’t active before, but Caroline definitely motivates us all to work that little bit harder. I feel my hamstrings badly from yesterday, triceps since Monday, and tomorrow those will be back and biceps. These program workouts are getting tougher and tougher. I enjoyed the add-on abs, as it turned to be 1of my favourite for upper abs and I do it often. Thank you!

I'm really pushing myself to try and keep up in unilateral training - with form and weight. I was impressed by how many reps I managed to do with decent form and my 12.5kg dumbells today, though I will say that the fact that I could focus on one side at a time was a huge help from that perspective. This was hard. I tend to enjoy back training, but I find bicep movements quite challenging - largely because there is quite a big difference between my left and right sides and my grip tends to fail me. This felt manageable, and I even did some extra reps with lighter dumbells afterwards just to really burn out the muscles. I felt kind of guilty about not moving 100% of each of the intervals. Today I upped my weights for upper body and it burned! In fact, I still feel all the muscles and it has been five bourse since I have done the workout. So so good. Thank you Caroline!❤️ You are an angel.

I think this is the first, pure unilateral workout I'm doing with Caroline and I swear this was insanely intense...and that's because I detached and stacked up my dumbbell into heavier loads and I was groaning all through. Morning Luis...I enjoyed this one! I used 12.5 kg for rows and 8 kg for biceps! I enjoyed the biceps section the most...great exercises and the finisher is a fantastic burner! Hey everyone, that was another intense workout!!! I can feel my biceps pumped!!! The finisher was an absolute torture!!! I did the whole workout with 10 Kg dumbells, because I don't have heavier and the Hammer curls and the hold in the end were burning. But the feeling now I have finished is awesome!!! Have a great active/rest day everyone.

Love the purple!! Back is the muscle that I have the most difficult time engaging and getting that mind muscle connection. The single arm rows have really been helping. That finisher was a burner. Did miss last pullovers today. They are my favorite. Thanks for an amazing session!

🤩🤩! That was fun! Definitely a favorite of mine. I love a solid back and biceps day and that's just what today was!👊🏻 Loved the staple! Really enjoyed the sweeps and the bicep holds🔥🔥!! That finisher was so intense. I started laughing during the last hold as I watched my left arm just slowly lower instead of hold😂! Finished strong tho with every last rep of those curls. And by the way my triceps are still oohh so sore😆🤩! Thanks so much Caroline! Active rest day really earned this week! See you all Friday! I can hardly handle the anticipation🥳...Calisthenics here we come!! 👊🏻😁

Loved the bicep portion today! Finally got a good half session of intense bicep work that I've been wanting. The holds on the finisher were perfect to finish em off. Looking forward to the soreness in my arms tomorrow! Way to kill it today girl!

@@matthewalmond8820 Hey! Yeah, I used to do my own workouts while she did Caroline's, and around the end of week two of Epic III I decided to join her and have everyday since. I have loved it so far. It's always fun doing new exercises I've never tried, and even some I've never heard of before.

The holds do make you dig deep, don’t they?! I try to focus on my breath to get through them. Sometimes it works….sometimes not so much! My husband joins me in the home gym too many days but he just uses the “dreadmill”. Yet he was the one who found Caroline for me last summer, telling me she was right up my alley. How right he was.

I used half kg water bottles as weights but lasted only 23 minutes in the video when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full video with dumbbells of 8 kg and 20 kg. Her biceps bulge thickly like Caroline's and are rock hard! I feel really low and defeated. Is this lesson also for men? Is it too strong for men?

Epic 3 day 37 & 38 completed today. Epic 3 day 38 the closest I could get for the heavier dumbbell was 19Kg, then lowered to 7.5kg each. Awesome workouts as always and thank you very much Caroline.

This was a tough workout today Caroline great job. I worked with my heaviest weights as long as I possibly could and then had to drop to lesser weight but then would go back to the higher weights till I was totally fatigued. I truly believe I gave it everything I had till my shoulders and my neck became one.

@@franceskatv hai perfettamente ragione Francesca! Io ho semore fatto fitness e anni di nuoto ma devo dirti la verità.... I risultati che vedo sul mio fisico, sulla mia forza sulla mia resistenza da quando mi alleno con Caroline (anche io da un anno e mezzo) non li ho visto in tutti i miei anni di sport.... Certo ero comunque allenata, ho aumentato un pochino la quantità delle proteine, ma ho visto proprio una ricomposizione corporea! Anche io ho imparato grazie a lei l'importanza dei pesi come resistenza.... Chi aveva mai allenato i tricipiti, i Bicipiti o i pettorali???? E i push up??? Manco un lontano pensiero.... Grandi passi si sono fatti grazie a lei e tanto c'è ancora da fare! Poi è così vario il suo programma.... Pesi, calistenici, cardio, hiit.... Si fa davvero di tutto ma sulla base di un vero programma fatto da una grande professionista! Ti dico che da quando ha aperto la piscina a settembre non mi sono ancora iscritta.... Mi alleno con lei la mattina e sono soddisfatta! Non ho bisogno di altro! Io la adoro, semplicemente!!!! Io mi trovo nel Lazio, nei pressi di Roma.... Tu da quale parte della splendida Sardegna scrivi??? Adoro la tua terra!!
