Anyone who tells "it was just a bodyweight workout that I did today", should never be underestimated. TBH they are sometimes way tougher than the weighted workouts. Caroline, you always know how to up the game, you are everything people working out at home needed !! 🥵❤️😘

When I saw the title of this video this morning, I was so excited. Calisthenics has always been my favourite kind of workout. That was a battle won! The struggle was insane… I was fighting with all my strength - to say this was ONLY body weight was not easy! The hardest for me was the side planks. Happy Friday everyone! Thank you Caroline for the callisthenics, you’re so good at challenging us in fun ways 🤩

crazy how bodyweight is not even a bit easier than with weights. I had to take some breaks, i was literally shaking. I think im gonna save this one for when im travelling. Very effective !!

This was definitely pure 🔥 today right at the get go! I felt like i struggled through every complex! There is something so different about body weight compared to dumbbells and I really felt that today! I had to add on 20 extra seconds to quite a few rest periods, but got it done. It was definitely not one of my most graceful workouts but oh well! Thanks Caroline! Good luck everyone and good job!

Wow, I did this one this morning before going to work. Let me tell you all that calisthenics is always more challenging than it seems. It's perfect for tracking progress and always invites you to push a little more. My legs were shaking near the end of the workout. Wonderful day! Thanks, Caroline!

Wow, those staggered squat to step-out lunges were WILD on the legs! That curtsy lunge set was also a burner. The push-up sets were beautifully challenging too! Overall a great, exhausting, sweaty workout.

Caroline Calisthenics strikes again👊🏻!!😆🤩🥰!! Burned like crazy! I LOVED it!! I really love using my weights but I've missed Calisthenic workouts so much!! This one was superb. All the 1/2 reps and pulses were killer! This was jam packed with all the goodies and most of my favorites. It was nice doing the side plank to pushups on the block and the x1 dog to push up knee tuck again. 🔥🔥🔥!! I'm glad my triceps were finally recovered enough from Monday for that finisher😂💪🏻😁. Another Friday workout smashed by my husband and me!! Thanks Caroline for another new favorite workout. Can't wait to finish off week 8 with dumbbell HIIT! Just icing on the cake😆...see you Sunday! 😊

It was definitely one of my favorites. I learned some new moves today. I really like the one legged down dog to knee-tuck push-up, there will be many more of those in my future! I also enjoyed laying on the floor for a few minutes after this one haha, it was much needed!

I love calisthenics and I missed having such a wo so I was super excited for it. But boy, was this hard!!! CG is so right, no weights does not mean any easier. I thought I was stronger 🤣🤣🤣 but today really showed me how tough bw alone can be! Those lunges and lunges and lunges, half-reps, pulses 🔥🔥🔥 and uneven pushup to plank - not sure it will EVER get easier!!! 💪💪🦵🦵 super solid full body! Enjoy it! ♥️

Happy full body calisthenics day 🌸 Even without weights, it is a great challenge since we cannot adjust the weight of our body in contrast to when we have different weights for dumbbells 😁 should be interesting! I absolutely loved this workout Caroline! Thank you!❤ As always such great combination of exercises, no equipment doesn't mean less of a challenge. And complexes are my favorite, I actually don't mind repeating exercises. My favorite are, as always, squat, courtesy and lunge variations, although I have been warming up to all the upper body exercises, where I have obtained a lot of strength since doing your workouts!

With most of Caroline’s workouts you can hide behind lighter dumbbells, but with calisthenics there is nowhere to hide 😰

This was super good but sooo hard! Those ladders on a block were really tough for me today and I loved the distraction with the two minute plank doing the lifts and knee taps. It helped the time go by quickly! Hope everyone has a great rest day and see you for HIIT on Sunday❣️❣️

I love calisthenics workout and this one is such a killer, most probably the hardest body weight workout I have ever done. I sweat like mad. It has the slow pace but yet very challenging. I feel my whole body is slowly dead. It's amazing to see what you can do with just your body weight as resistance. The dips and push up at the end got me on the floor, this one should have been called KILLER Calisthenics instead 😅

Absolutely LOVE this format, thank you Caroline!!! What an excellent, tough workout with zero equipment needed. I really enjoyed the movement from lower, upper, to core and back again. Really kept it moving fast and felt some good BURN!! Yahoo, this is in the rotation as a regular.

Nice change to give the dumbbells a rest but do not under estimate this one ..it is another burner but fun to do. Followed with a very early CG lower abs..this was good then but how her videos have become so professional in such a short time is just amazing. Thank you 💕

The hardest thing for me about this workout was actually just to start, because I felt fatigued before and I know how demanding is Caroline's calisthenics. During this epic session I was impressed by the amount of pain I able to voluntarily handle doing Bulgarian lunges, curtsy lunges pulses, etc. Now I feel so relieved and free of thoughts that were bothering me before workout. Thanks, Caroline! You make me a happier person.

The secret to make any workout harder - frame each exercise into a 2 or 3 minutes complex, and kill the day🤪it was the toughest calisthenics so far. I am not a complainer, just express my impression) The core exercises were the hardest for me today. I don't know why, but side plank to push-ups and then plank ladder killed me totally. I would never compare calisthenics workout with one using dumbells as easier as it is not. Great challenge, thank you, Caroline!

Hi Elena...yes don’t complexes make a workout so intense...but I find them interesting to do! I find I lose myself in the exercise and the time starts to fly by! Interesting what different people found hardest! I found the dips to decline push ups to be the toughest! I just always find dips hard! Have a lovely weekend! It will probably never cease to amaze me how intense a workout calisthenics actually is when done intentionally. In many ways, I prefer these workouts to lifting super heavy all the time and this week has been a lovely and welcome change of pace. I will, however, say that 20 seconds of rest is not a lot and that the breathlessness of these workouts is a lot more fatiguing to me personally than the huffing and puffing of a heavy lifting session. Somehow it just feels like it never ends with calisthnics, but with dumbells puuting the weights down and the signifcant change between active and rest intervals actually makes it feel like rest. I loved this, but I'm poked😅 Thanks for another thorough session, C! See you in the next one. Much love from South Africa

Yey!! Been looking forward to this Day! I missed Calisthenics! Seems Easy but Isn't as Bodyweight exercises can also be Challenging. It's going to FUN! Let's GO! 😆👊 Day 39 Smashed! Each Complex was Ouch! Loved it! Only looked at the timer at 93% when doing the Elevated Curtsey Lunges and enduring the intense burn 😉. Enjoyed todays Sweaty workout! This was probably the most challenging workout for me in epic 3. I had to take a few more breaks throughout to reset. When using heavy weights I'm more focused on the weight and form that it distracts me mentally, when pushing through body weight calisthenics I felt the fatigue and pain so much more it made it tougher mentally & I felt like every muscle in my body was fighting to push through.

A solid sweaty session! Everything was very well grouped, and the flow from lower to upper was very much appreciated! Most challenging? The Bulgarian section of course! Two mins BW of those requires stamina! Loved the curtsys, the down dog, the decline pushups, staggered squats. Calisthenics never disappoints!
