I have been training only using CG's programs for almost 2 years. I went from 209lbs to 125, people ask me if I do UFC or train. Had a guy tell me I should be in a fast and furious movie yesterday. Caroline you have changed my entire life thank you thank you. I can't even watch another lady trainer without feeling like I'm cheating on Caroline hahaha! But all I need is her programs. Isn't it funny I know from how my legs were shaking there at the end....tomorrow I'll be doing that awkward noodle walk haha! LOVE YOU ALL. Love you Caroline!!

I was too happy when I heard that there is no Bulgarian lunges,, little did I know that this is the hardest leg workout so far.. literally broke down after 80% of this exercise (but i kept on trying).. Thank you!

SO this was only slightly more wildly difficult than it was enjoyable. A 40 second interval feels SO MUCH MORE DOABLE after all of the complexes, giant sets and trisets we've been doing recently. I brought in my 12.5kg weights for 4 of the 5 staples and, even though myy grip let me down mostly, it was really encouraging to realise that I could squat the weight even if I couldn't hold it for 100% of each of the intervals or for all of the first minute of the finisher. Hi Maryam...that’s brilliant to read! I have never counted calories...either what I eat or what I use in exercise...in my life! I am exactly the weight I should be for my height and I don’t think these facts are unrelated! I simply try to eat healthily and do exercise because I enjoy it! I simply build it in as part of my daily life. My feeling is that once you learn to love doing the exercise and not to worry about calories you will never look back! Hope you have a lovely day! Hi Maryam.... Well done! That Tabata Hiit is terrific! As Matthew, in my daily life I eat healthily, since I train with Caroline I have increased protein and I must say that the results are seen at the muscular level! But I don't deprive myself of anything!!!! It's nice, maybe on the weekend, a good dinner with friends or a good lunch on Sunday .... Food is aggregating, it means friendship, family, sharing! This is my favorite leg workout from Caroline by far!!! So many great movements that flow so well together. I used 1-2 30lb dumbbells for the unilateral work and 2x 40lb dumbbells as well as a yoga block for my front foot for the staple. I was sweating like no tomorrow by the end!

This was absolutely terrific. At most breaks slept on the ground like starfish. 🌟 In the staple and exercises were Caroline used two dumbells, i used my 24 kg kettlebell and in all other exercises i used 3 dumbbells in one hand (3kg+3kg+2.5 kg), unfortunately still don't have one normal dumbbell. But going through all epic programs, i can guarantee that my grip can hold 4 dumbells 😄 Have to work with what i have. Everybody, have a an amazing workout !

I started out with my 20lb weights and when Caroline used one weight, I didn't feel it challenging me enough (which is good - means I'm growing)! but when I increased it and used both weights, I was sweating and my heart rate was up in no time. In short, a killer leg day workout but I'm so proud I did it!

This was so enjoyable to do. Since I train with you Caroline I learned to love lunges. The staple was 👌. Courtesy lo lunge, staggered to lunge, rdl to lunge, kneeling to lunge... Etc just love them so. Much! I finished with another unilateral session from the Epic 2, d7 and was a strong finisher. My legs can rest now. Shades of Epic 1, Day 7 with the lunges as the staple! Loved it. Then again I am a huge fan of unilateral training. So many moves in today’s workout that I really enjoy doing. I would rhyme them all off but it would be the whole list! But I do enjoy the combo exercises very much, and always appreciate a BW thrown in too. I found today a nice steady pace, not too killing, but I think that’s because we had more frequent rests. Call me crazy but I added on one set of 8 Bulgarian lunges at the end of the video. As today progresses, I am feeling my chest and arms more and more from yesterday. The song at 62%, love that one. Feeling great and now looking forward to tomorrow!

I was wrong and I changed my mind!, unilateral work involves a lot of stability, balance, strength… I love unilateral workouts and I remember well the unilateral week in August. Single leg exercises are always so much harder than two leg ones…intense, test balance & core strength. I'm expecting this to be tough but interesting to do and there’s always such a sense of accomplishment after a challenging leg day…let's smash it and feel EPIC!!!

Wow Caroline, another smasher! I burned 365 calories in this workout and it felt like cardio meets strength training. Love it!! I actually burned a few calories more in this 45-minute workout then I do in my 5K jog that takes me about 50 minutes. You're the best!

Another demanding workout today. After yesterday's upper body burnout today lots of lunges and squads. Perfect for getting the legs on fire!!! When I first started with Caroline's workouts and I saw her doing a hamstring lift and then I tried it myself, I couldn't understand how did her body perform the exercise. It felt to me impossible, almost superhuman. But now almost after one year doing Caroline's workouts have helped me understand that anything is possible if you try really hard.

Hi Tony...wasn’t this another brilliant workout! I just loved pushing through all the lunge variations! Hope your legs are still working enough to get you to work on your bike! I’m not sure an employer would recognise an excuse of...I did Caroline’s workout and my legs stopped working...as a good enough excuse for not getting to work! After a couple weeks of vacation (and therefore lots of bodyweight workouts), super happy to be jumping back into the Epic III pipeline with this weighted workout! It went by pretty quickly, and was a really solid session. Love the isometrics -- helps give me time to focus on not activating my lower back with those lunges!

I was more motivated about today's leg day when I saw no bulgarian lunges and then Carolines also mentioning no bulgarians haha! Put a huge smile on my face! Felt them legs today as well! Such a great session.

Just got done with this. The two upper body days this week was phenomenal. And the leg day this week, I was glad that Caroline had just the lunges and not the Bulgarian as the staple. I loved this, but I thought that the unilateral leg day of Epic 2 was harder. It probably is just that I was only one Epic old then. But now I'm three Epics plus so many other Caroline workouts old. And that must have made all the difference. I'm looking forward to the Calisthenics workout tomorrow.
