That's a tough but great workout. You look much happier between sets than I do, for sure. I love your vids and know I'm getting stronger because I need to get some heavier weights for some of these. 5 kids and turned 53 this year.

Absolutely fantastic workout. I dont have 12.5 kg weights, and think they would be too heavy for me to begin with. So I did all exercises with 5kg on each side, and the ones that require only one weight, I used 7.5 kgs. I had SO much fun on this workout. Great stuff. Please upload more such 1 hour dumbbell workouts. Thank you so much once again

I've been missing my classes at the gym, I just bought dumbbells (including 5 lb pink ones!) and was happy to find your class here on KZbin. Your class is similar to those I was doing at the gym. It was a good, strenuous work-out, and I didn't feel I'd make it to the end. Thank you for sharing! I didn't feel I was getting much benefit with the dumbbell chest presses (maybe if I had a rectangular step to lie down on, for leverage, I would've felt it more). I tried to do push-ups instead but my triceps or shoulders(?) were burnt and I couldn't do them.

Love your workouts discovered your channel this summer with my daughter in law. We workout all summer together. I had to come home then we seen you were going to start the EPIC 10 week. So we are both doing those workouts. I got sick in October do couldn’t workout for 3 wks I am back at it but, instead of starting off where I left off I started over just finished day 23-24 today. My daughter in law decided to restart with me so we could be doing this together. Thank you for all of the different challenges you put into to your workouts. But, please leave them on U tube so we are able to finish

It is all about the exercises and sport and not an ego tripping channel. On top of that you have a great personality and you are super charming. Doing exercises was never so easy and fun.

Full-body Strength workout. Loved this! I used 2x12.5, and oh did I feel those squat and presses. For the Manmakers, I modified the squat to stand and used one Dumbbell. Feeling strong. 💪💪💥💥💥💖

I can't express how much I love these full body strength workouts. Dumbbells have been super expensive(still!), but I have 1lb and 2lbs fabric weights that a can strap to my wrists to increase the resistance 😆 We do what we can!! 💪💪

And it looks like there is another 1 h workout coming up on Friday and 1 h HIIT on Sunday!! You must be planning an extra large take away on Saturday night! Love this great workout. It is hard but within reach. It gives me the satisfaction that I can follow all through. You do paused when it gets too much. I like it as it makes you more like ourselves - you do feel exhausted too! In fact it is more like a motivator for me when I have to pause. I don't feel so bad about it. Thank you so much!

That was great! A full-body workout! I did it with 17.5-pound weights. it got a tad challenging in the end so for the alternating squats and shoulder presses, I just did all squats because I was not able to do shoulder presses anymore. :)

I have completely finished Caroline Girvan's epic I and II programs, almost finished epic III program and started iron series. I have completed also some of the short ones like calisthenics. I have decided to check out one hour exercises since I like them so much and found this earlier ones she made. I love every bit of it especially when I have learnt a lot about control...also mentally.
