I did a full 40 secs of skull crushers with great form!!! ... and almost a full clap push-up!!! ... incredible result ... never ever I could have achieved this before the epic program ... I feel so proud to have almost completed this program ... it was hard and I was disappointed of myself in several instances (day 45 was really a humbling experience!!!) but I have achieved unbelievable progress!! ... and about outward results ... well my arms legs and abs are super shaped ... I’m in the best form of my life ... my deepest and most sincere admiration for your work Caroline and plenty of gratitude

I am slim always the same weight 54 kg and my height is 166. I notice I am stronger, muscles start to form in my arms and legs and my abs start to show. All my body is more tone. Very happy with the result. Now I start Epic 2. Sorry for my grammar English is not my first language.

Hey Caroline! I just wanted to leave my ´end of the program’ message now, even though we’ve got this week to go, so I’ll start off by saying: THANK YOU. This entire program has been a complete gamechanger!!! When the gyms closed I was so sad. I wasn’t too sure how I would remain physically fit when I don’t have heavy dumbbells and a squat rack. But your program came right on time. It’s challenging but lots of fun and I’ve been able to push my body and mind to limits I wouldn’t have known was possible. Also, seeing another female doing shoulder presses with 22 lb weights was super inspiring and has helped me do the same exercise with 20lb weights! I can’t thank you enough for putting out such quality content and for being an absolute inspiration to be the best I can be. I’ve become so much stronger, both mentally and physically and that is truly a gift. I know that the entire community also shares these sentiments - but just want to say I appreciate you so much and will always be so grateful. Sending you lots of love from Canada ❤️ p.s. Honestly I felt so disappointed in myself during this work out. I struggled so much with everything and then skull crusher push ups came along and I was convinced I couldn’t do them but I attempted them anyway and let me tell you I legit screamed when I lifted my self of the floor. Maybe it wasn’t everything I thought It would be but I’ve definitely made progress. Thanks Caroline!

Wow toughest one for me. Push ups are still a week point for me but kept practicing. Abs loved them. Caroline is definitely one tough cookie. It's so inspiring to read these comments & see how far everyone has come. I have lost 10 lbs & went up in strength. From 5 lbs to 15 lbs. Things I couldn't do at the beginning of the series I can now do. I have been going to the gym lifting weights & doing cardio. I have gotten more from these workout than I have the last 4 years of going to the gym! Caroline! Thank you so much for putting your time into these workout programs! They have changed my life! I cancelled my gym membership & plan on doing all her programs! 😊

Done ✅ The abs part was great. There were only a few that I could barely do and a lot that I could do a whole lot better compared to the first time I did 'em. The push ups part were very difficult. I did some on my knees and did dumbbell arm exercises in place of those that I absolutely cannot do yet. I'm really hoping to do a real solid push up soon.

My shoulders and abs are still sore...but when Yiu add it up we did a lot of reps...200 bicycles, 100 leg lowers, 100 toe reaches, 100 push ups...not to mention the burpees! Hi Caroline...just finished!! Abs were fine...I enjoyed doing these...and working the abs again got rid of any residual soreness! But the press ups!!! So many...and some very tough ones! 40 sec press up followed by pulses!! And the clapping ones just didn’t really happen! I could just about get my hands about 2 my off the floor! By the end my arms and shoulders were dead...managed about 15 in the last minute just about! As I’ve said before, Caroline, your upper body strength is just superb! Watching you do press ups when I know your arms must be tired is both very impressive and very inspirational! Thank you! Have a lovely Monday! Matthew

To be honest I only feel 1/2 epic on this one today. I could do all the stomach ones no mods but I struggled on most of the pushups, even with modifications. My least strong area. Ill keep going. Thanks Caroline for always pushing me and I bet if I tried to this 46 days ago I wouldnt have been able to even attempt any of the pushups. Thank you.

This is my second time doing this workout. İ first did last year in January and got frustrated a lot because i couldn't do any push ups and felt really weak. Since this time, I finished epic 2 , epic 3, epic heat, iron series, beastmode. Yesterday i could do this workout without stopping and i feel super happy thank you so much you are great teacher you made me feel more confident

Can't believe I have walked so far. On day 46 I had my shooting scheduled frm early morning, around 10.30am I was missing the workout at if I was missing oxygen, just kept my cool n my workout gym clothes hanging in front of me throughout the day. I was tired when I can bk n found a note written by my 7yr old son sayong"mom don't miss Carolin today"i was thrilled n hugged my son. Got a quick change over n finished day 46.my son was watching n cheering throughout. Today noticed he has learnt doing perfect squats. I truly believe it you want to teach anything good to a kid practice urself.Thank you for everything.Since this is our last week I am eager to know what's coming up next????

Wow...this is totally awesome...exactly what I needed both physically and mentally. Caroline is quite similar to my PT I had 5 years ago when my goal was to put weight on as I was so skinny! Fast forward those 5 years and I've gained a stone and a half of wobbly jelly and am approaching my goals from the exact opposite side which is way more traumatic having gone through an early menopause following double figures of IVF ..Caroline is all the inspiration I need, I'm so excited to be at the beginning of this program. It will help me mentally through this lockdown in the run up to winter where I know I would have struggled. I also can't thank Caroline enough for her generocity, professionalism and all round kindness. You're a star 😘. I'm after my 20 year old butt back, it's going to take a lot of graft but the challenge is on 👊💪xx

I have no words to describe this workout besides purely intense. Every workout I have completed in this program I have seen major results and a lot of times having to take a few seconds more of a rest, today was no different. But I have never been a push-up master ( not even close ). Although my upper body can build strength and stamina, push ups were not meant for me. But today doing the DIVE THROUGH PUSH UPS 🥺🥺🥺. I completed every single one without lowering to my stomach. That was when I felt EPIC today. Thank you Caroline. I know this program is almost over and it’s a little sad but I can’t wait to start all over from day 1 just to see my progress. Congrats to everyone doung her program. WE ARE EPIC. I'm feeling today's workout hours later. My puppy increased the challenge by jumping on my back during the pushup portions. Smiles and grimaces. I'm also humbled by Caroline's strength. Push ups are my weak spot for sure, but I could do all of these either on the floor or on a bench, which is massive improvement from leaning on a wall at the beginning of this program!! Can't believe we already worked out together this long, and also expecting the new games in the future. I saw so many progresses, both physical and mental. Also the series of push-ups today humbled me again(fundamental and improvement). All the love from Paris

This was really super tough, I do less reps off course, but I could never have imagined doing eg. sit ups, without putting my feet under a chair. Now I finally can! And so goes for push ups. I do less reps, but before this journey I wasn't able to do any push up at all. You are truly amazing Caroline. And so so so strong!!!!! I am now 51 years, and just started my fitness journey this year. I have always done some kind of sport, but have never been into this kind of training, and now I am just hooked and I am glad I am!!!!!

Loved the abs, the straight legs with small kicks was a new one. ❣️🥰 My arms were already crying by the 40” slow push up, that was insane! I needed my knees for some push ups 😅

All these pushups were tough! But so worth it when I see my bicep right now while I'm holding my phone typing this comment😆😉. I can't believe it's the last week already! I was dreading this and although I did have to modify loads, I actually am chuffed with myself for doing what I did! I loved both ab sections and actually got on pretty well with the first part of the pushups but when we hit the second section that was hard! I headed the floor (ouch) and modified almost everything in this section as I found once I got down I just didn't have enough strength to push back up. Caroline you are so strong and you are amazing to watch. I did wonder what on earth you were trying to do to me today with the cross over feet, spider and clapping hands! There were times when you smiled at the camera and you must see how I am and no doubt others are collapsed on the floor! Thank you for challenging me and while I hate pushups I am determined to get better at them!

Finish this with a warm smile from myself and for myself😊 To be honest, I can't do push up clearly and keep cheating for every push up workouts. I know my arms r still weak and I'm only can do 1 regular push up. But, I don't gave up on today's workout. I'm telling myself "It's fine". I'm the one who know my limits and it's make me to keep going. Even I feel I don't give my best for today's workout, but I still enjoy it! Hopefully I'll become an expert on push up in the future. I'm waiting for that achievement🔥

Goodness me, Caroline. Words fail me. I definitely did my own “light” version of this one - and still had a very very hard workout. You are a machine! I absolutely love that you do not ‘dumb your workouts down’ so that I will always push that little bit harder. Because of this I’m stronger, faster and more fabulous than I have ever been in my entire life. THANK YOU - this is a gift that especially during these lockdowns are making me a better person. I’m so much more peaceful and calmer the rest of the day as I do this each morning - this way I can honestly say “I can do ANYTHING” after that. Haha. Sending you prayers and blessings today.

This was more of a mental challenge than your HIITs. Push-ups just aren’t my forte; but I know it’s good for me to practice so that I can become stronger with my push-ups. Thanks for the challenge, Caroline! Building my physical and mental strength. 💪 ✅11/23 - My favorite is the dive push-ups! I always wanted to do the typewriter push-ups. Even on my knees, they were laughable. My arms didn’t want to straighten at all. I did regular push-ups for the spider ones. 😆 Again, I tried but my body just said “nope”. For the clapping ones, I lifted my arms off my mat. See everyone, tomorrow!

@@mstempestous Hey Kaisen! I can’t say I gave it 100% but I finished. You will start out with difficults variations and then they will get easier as you progress through the workout (but then your arms will be so fatigued 🥵). I couldn’t do the typewriter, spider, or the push-up claps. 💀 Allow yourself a longer break when needed. Think of it as practice more than a workout. 🙂

Also, kids have no school this week so FML ... I have to be outdoors with them as well. Definitely getting cardio from chasing after them. 😜

I’ve never thought I would get along so far during this 10 weeks, only missed one single day. And this despite the fact I have never been in before in this kind of bodyworks with heavy dumbells and Never-the-less despite the fact I‘m suffering from a chronicle autoimmune desease of my muscle cells. But I have noticed a big increase in my general strenght and posture, so the chronicle muscle pain I have every single day in my Life since 15 years is...better now - or even different, better tolerable. So I don‘t know how to say „thank you“ in the was I wish to expression.....Thank You, Caroline! 🤗 Stay will, healthy and Top of all - happy 🍀😘 and all of you in this very very kind and helpful Community too, of course! 🥰

Yet another great workout by Caroline!!! I am thrilled to see that there are 24 variations of push-ups in the workout!!!! Never imagined this many variations of push-ups!! And also we have 24 variations of abs exercises. This proves again and again how brilliant and great trainer Caroline is!!!! I will be forever in your debt Caroline!! Even though, there were other fitness content creators I use to watch and workout with, I liked your content better.Once the workout begins you don't keep talking or saying push, push which was perfect for me. I must have woken up at least 20 times last night and each and every time, the first thought that popped into mind was the Epic Challenge--that shows just how important these workouts have become to me and every other beautiful person in this community! I wasn't able to do more than 1 push-up at a time without taking a break by the end of this video--shoulders on fire!💪🔥

waw is it me or the latter workout are tougher and tougher couldn't do a single pushup with good form, kept it up to the end with every push up on my knees, I am dead tired and will need a two days recovery. thank you caroline for this super workout and the best program I have ever followed. thank you for being you, god bless you'll

Caroline, this last Monday EPIC is brutal :-) . The push-ups, OMG, how do you do them, I really had to take a pause for so many of them. The pushup and clap didnt work, hands barely came 1 inch above the ground. But to reward myself, I did a 2 min plank at the end of the routine :-)

This one has really put me on high, so challenging but by the same token so rewarding. ABs was a great session the type that works so well but also the type that you feel totally relaxed and in the zone while your on the floor, except maybe for those windmills they are a killer. I used a 7.5KG kettlebell as I found it a little more comfortable than my DBs. Now for the Chest..... I guess the question has always been how effective are push-ups, well check your Pecs after these two 10 minute sessions and you will see. I really loved all the moves and how interesting to see after training the "Caroline" way from late March the strength you build both physical and mentally and how it shows in these sessions . I really haven't been to well over the last few days but I have really pushed myself to complete my workouts inspired by other comments and my team mates who are always there to inspire, motivate and encourage, so a big thankyou to them ( you know who you are ) Some highlights for me are lying side Tricep push-ups, Diamond and Cobra Presses and the Wide Push-ups which are really forgot about normally, so great to see them included Caroline. I also really love the Alt Single Leg Press and the Clapping Push-ups they really work and the burnout at the end that just finishes you off. So loved Day 46 and just perfect timing to get me back in the game for the last week

Hi Anthony...great to see your comment! I thought you would love this one and it sounds like you really smashed it!! Some of those moves were really tough! Push up pulses almost killed me...40 sec push up required intense concentration and will power and by the time I got to clapping push ups I could only get my hands about 1 mm off the floor...so no chance of clapping! But all good fun...I really don’t mind not being able to do things...but I just like to feel that Ive pushed to the limit! I didn’t know you had been unwell this week! Hope all is OK! Shit this looks hard, but thought come on Sam you've got this far.... Once i got going and at my pace I got into the zone, and then it was the finisher, glad I did it and I bet I'll be aching tomorrow,. 😬 My fav tomorrow, lower body.... Bring on the Bulgarians 👊💪🤟😂
