Hy Professor, will these videos be helpful for Teas 7 ?
@carolynmcallister14962 жыл бұрын
I have not yet taken the TEAS 7, so I am not sure whether the Reading strategies will work. However, the English Language & Usage should still work because grammar is grammar. I will be taking the TEAS 7 soon, so I will then have a better answer for you. Good luck!

Hello Professor, I was wondering could a dictionary be a secondary source or is it a tertiary source since it compiles information?

What do you mean by “you can miss 11 and pass”? Pass with what score?
@carolynmcallister14963 жыл бұрын
A score of 70...which is the average Reading score most schools accept.

@@mrskurd5605 The most important thing to remember: read the questions FIRST!! That way, you will know what to look for! Also, manage your time. If you aren't sure after a minute, GUESS (do not leave blank), and move on. You can make a note of the question # and if you still have time left after you've answered all the others, then you can go back and recheck it. Good luck to you.!

Are these lessons helpful for the HESI test or just for the TEAS?.
@carolynmcallister14963 жыл бұрын
The Reading strategies only work for the TEAS. However, the English Language & Usage videos will help with the HESI. Good luck!

@@carolynmcallister1496 funny thing is I watched them on repeat for weeks. I’m going to try watching all of them again. It seemed as though sometimes the main ideas wasn’t at the end of the paragraph etc.
