Aap bajar se ek tenis ball kharid le.. ya rubber ki ball Fir deewar ke sahaare apni arm ko dhire dhirey rolling kariye... Ya jaha jaha aapki nerv stiffness hai waha This will strengthen your nerve for sure

@@PhysioClassroom Thank you so much. My orthopaedic has given me prelogic tablet and I have some improvement after taking it. Spoken to a physiotherapist on the phone and he felt that I may not have carpal tunnel but a compressed nerve on the back of my nerve. Meanwhile I am also doing your exercises which are really helpful.

Thank you so much for this tips. I'm graphic designer lockdown me 12 ghante jada kaam karna pad raha h me ek jagah pe kaam karta hu jiske wajah se mere hath me yahi problem huwa. Aaj 6 din se mere 3 fingers me ye problem h. Dr ke paas jane pehle aapka video dekha such maniye mene ye excercise continue 2 din kiya. Mera pura dard chala gaya. Dr ke pas bhi jane ki jarurat nhi pada. Thank you once again

Hi Sir, thank you for your excercises and tips I will follow it, I am house wife with this CTS problem for last 7/8 years, & I do regular excercise but my right hand wrist giving problem for last few months & at night I am having severe pain which disturb me a lot. Thanks for these tips. Sir I have lumber pain also. I do regular exercise but I think I have somewhere lack of postures. Your which video will help me for this problem. Please help me. Thanks

I have a CTS for 2 years and rarely exercise or streaching. now pain runs to the shoulders and neck. especially when I sleep and wake up in the morning, my hands and fingers feel stiff. is it too late to exercise?

Thank you for this well explained video .I have just 2 months ago diagnosed with CTS. My treatment has started with my ORTHO specialist as i am above 75 . Have seen the complete video . I am experiencing pain in the hand after the first exercise as there was a stretch involved but relief also came . If you can suggest the exercises best suitable to my age and now situation where there is not always pain or numbness .Its morning at waking and during the day .At times there is s burning sensation in 3 fingers .It would be nice to hear a reply 🙏👍😊
