The charging cable? You’ll need a smaller cable? If the phone into the adapter when inserting the phones, maybe lift the connection up slightly. It might have been manufactured incorrectly.

How do you remove the case

Push out the top edges first, maybe push through the camera bump hole also if that helps.

How many charges do I get out of it I have a iPhone 8 battery health 77 got it from Amazon it’s called the gloadgo and I only got 1 and 1.3 charges out of it
