I already saw way worst than that. One of my childhood friend is a bodyshop worker and he has worked on a few cars already what were in such a bad state that average people could not imagine. The hardest misson is when you just can’t get those body parts anywhere what has been completely disappeard from the erosion. They literally have to manufacturing them by hand. European car restoration industry is the best in my opinion because these people have the skill, passion and patience to overcome all thoes difficulties what is constantly coming up along the process.

It goes well beyond what you have very well pointed out, this 911 is a miracle on 4 wheels, being a matching number example of car remained underwater for 4 and half years and then come back on her original chassis, engine block, crankshaft, camshafts, cylinder heads, valves, and many other parts.

Sure maybe, but Porsches generally cost twice as much as other cars. Your problem is you lack the passion or the understanding of something like this. It’s not about the money, it’s about doing something that people like yourself couldn’t or wouldn’t do. There is 1 percenters out there and they are special for a reason. It’s ok you belong in the other 99% .nothing wrong with that and that’s why you couldn’t understand
