Looking good going heavy on the carrots, I like the sugared cheese idea too. There is another cheese recipe where you dab a small cube of Cheddar in honey then sprinkle with freshly ground filter coffee granules, sounds nuts but it actually works.

@@FoodLovesCompany A coffee rind sounds pretty good to me, I tried the Goats cheese Brulee today and that is a winner.
