there is a fine line! doing too much isn’t good for me, but i have to do just enough. the right amount exercise, the right foods etc it’s really a balancing act

Thank you for this video. Im 50 in perimy. Im dealing with adter my 70 piynd weight loss that im dealing with flabby thight snd butt fat. Things are t voynciy back anymore.

Excellent video. I'm thinking that is why I didn't lose weight doing kickboxing. I use to do bootcamp in my early 30s and I use to lose weight/my body stayed on point.

Yes but it is not intense cardio.
