i know i am 2 years late, but i remember that i had the version for my xbox 360 (it was the game from my little brother, but back than i had like 3 games... better times) and i really liked that game, it felt more like a big mini game-game, with really good songs! I don't know why, but this game was awesome. It's not about a big open world or a crazy story, it is just the gameplay that makes a lot of fun. Maybe you can compare it to Mario Party, but with cars... from Cars.

It was a great game. I eventually moved from the American Midwest to the desert Southwest and sometimes driving through the desert I'll get reminded of my early memories on this game. The different paint jobs were impressive and so exciting, and I think it helped instill me my love of scenic driving.

I got the Wii version of this when I was a kid, and it was the best game I ever played! So many memories, it was perfect. Open world, all characters, car customization, fun races, missions and storyline, good game progression, it was such a fun game and I spent hours just driving around the map

This game and it’s sequels Mater-National and Race-O-Rama are basically just the Pixar Cars version of Midnight Club. Race-O-Rama especially feels like Midnight Club. In all seriousness I really think this is one of the best movie tie in games ever made. You should definitely check out the sequels, it would be interesting to watch! And while I’m at this I would like to recommend Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition Remix, it’s made by the GTA devs and is also on the PS2.
