John, why not use your tractor and scrape up some loads of dirt to fill in the low spots on the track that always get muddy? Then, you can use the blade on the tractor to grade the dirt to keep any standing water from puddling up on the racing line. I'm thinking, if the muddy ground was filled in, any water would drain away from those spots going through the trees, etc.
