We have here a classic 'Must de' Cartier Ronde Vendome with a trademark Roman numeral dial and Vendôme lugs. However this particular Version is in Solid 18k yellow gold. We have bought and sold many of the vermeil 925 sterling silver gilt over the years but This solid 18k Gold 881001 version is quite rare. The watch has all the features of that classic Cartier style but with a slim, sleek design and an original dial. Black Roman numerals, railway-style minute tracking, sword-shaped blued hands and cabochon setting crown. We particularly love the articulated, Vendôme lugs which add an extra touch of elegance and sophistication.
The Solid 18k Gold hallmarked two piece case is the larger size and measures 30mm and is a very comfortable wear on the wrist for both him and her. Inside the case is the Swiss quartz caliber,81 fully serviced by us and running strongly.
