The dealership I purchased my car from installed a Cartizan Audio Video interface and the sound quality it produces to music through android auto or car play is absolutely terrible, like almost laughable it is so bad. Buyer beware.

@@IcartizanCarMultimedia Okay | will, I've had some professionals tell me it is just the product but ill give it a shot. If I do this though , trouble shoot and spend time emailing back and fourth and it does in fact just suck and there is nothing we can do to make it sound decent I am going to be even more unhappy than I already am lol. Just a warning.

I get error no andeoid device connected but when I tried to connect using bluetooth I get error. Connection failed. Why???????

That sounds like the dealership didn't (or couldn't) connect it to the car's amp
