Salvage value deduction:- There is no rule for salvage deduction in motor od insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the insurance company to indemnify the claim. However, the insurance company can settle the claim by adjusting the reasonable salvage value of available scrap. Because the responsibility of claim indemnification rests with the insurance company, therefore, it is the responsibility of the insurance company to provide this reasonable salvage value to the insured customer. If the insured customer wants to settle the claim by taking available salvage material himself or If he agrees to the reasonable salvage value deduction or he does not disagree with this reasonable salvage value deduction , then the insurance company can settle the claim by making salvage deduction.

Principle of indemnity:- """The object of the principle is to place the insured after a loss in the same financial position as far as possible, as he occupied immediately before the loss"""". Point- The insurance policy contract is a contract of indemnity. There is no definition given for consumable parts in the insurance policy contract. Nowhere in the insurance policy contract is it written that the insurance policy covers only non-consumable parts and does not cover consumable parts. Such as door, bumper, bonnet, wiring harness, headlights, etc., nowhere in the insurance policy specifically written for their coverage.

Mene company me call Kia is ke liye, unka bolna hai ki, claim cashless nahi hota har ek garage se, limited jagah se rehta sirf. Or unhone ye bhi bola consumable part per claim nahi milta or engine protection agar nahi Lia to ye bhi ni milta.

Brother i knw some of the staff working in new India is lethargic... Our company do have cashless settlement and garage list is available in our website for the same. In pvt if you have claimed the same the estimate you have given they would have settled it with a very low figures...

Bhai first of all good video, other than that speed se kaam hone ki aap baat kr rhe ho but agar policy pvt company se li hoti apne toh 100% ab tak 1 rs bhi nhi ata apko shayad court tak jana padta...isliye thoda patience rakhna imp hain👍🏻

Surveyor assign toh mera do din mein ho gya tha pr mujhe koi call ya message nahi aya pr dealership wale bnde ne btaya ki claim pass ho gya h smaan order kr diya h fir jb 2 mheene baad gaadi ready ho gyi toh 1 week tk koi process aage na bdne ki vjh se maine dealership se surveyor ka number lia tb pta lga ki abhi tk surveyor ki trf process shuru bhi nahi kiya toh fir 1 mheena file ready hone mein lg gya

During Corona, when I had to make claim against mediclaim policy for my father, New India took 6 months to reimburse the hospital expenses and that too only 80% amount. It took countless calls and follow up emails to finally get the payment. They ask for a lot of documents. They know how to make their customers life hell before giving payment but good thing is atleast they pay. So you really need insane amount of patience if you want to take policy from any govt company.
