Just happened upon this video, a few months after reading Alex Ross’ Fantastic Four Full Circle. I loved the video and will be on the lookout for the graphic novel. Thanks for sharing. 🙏

Seems at first to be a small story compared to what surrounds it, but it's also a big story, the stakes are just as monumental and the scope of the climactic scene is the external expression of just what was going on in the internal landscape of the characters. In an environment of mad colors, explosions, and flying debris, Kirby may have been calling on his World War II nightmares and the Negative Zone, where no life can survive, becomes No Man's Land.

One of my all-time favorites! Was fortunate enough to acquire a reading quality original from a bargain bin back in the 1990's.

Man, as if anybody needed further convincing to go and get Tom's FF Grand Design. Love the recoloring and that Thing pinup by Ed is GORGEOUS. Oh, and that little tidbit that the rock monster from Ninja Scroll was the artist's version of the Thing floored me. I love that movie so much. One of the first serious anime that I watched and it scarred me for life. Love that movie and he is the scariest of the bad guys IMO.

Just ordered *Red* *Room* from my LCS, it looks odd, nothing like what I usually read.
