CaRtOonz their will sometimes be red herrings matching the smugglers hint but not actually being smugglers, if you can't find a sneaky snake or contraband in the open you probably should not arrest someone, even if its funny when you do, keep it up love ya CaRtOonz. Only the smugglers will have any contraband.

You don't gotta be checking the symbol & flipping through the pages, Toonz. Everyone's passport says which nationality they're from, right above their birth dates & under their names. Like that one guy's passport said "Kingdom of Erkei" so you didn't have to check the symbol against the book to see if he was from Erkei or not

@toonz Luggage doesn't need to have a snake to have contraband. Additionally, the heads up for smugglers doesn't guarantee that everyone from a certain kingdom or with a certain vehicle damage is the smuggler. The tips on the wall are there to help but you should always open everything and search for snakes. Do not damage property or injure people as you will pay heavily. (only damage things with snakes, you don't get penalized for opening items) Edit: Also, magazines (ammo) stacks up to 10 times
