Having worked at the airport I would not buy an ex airport vehicle😂 the cars we drove round in were abused like anything, not serviced at all, bald tires, dashboard warning lights lit up like a Christmas tree. That’s my personal experience though. Great video as usual Lee.

I had a 64 plate I30 Tourer 1.6 diesel. Best budget car I've owned and regret trading it in. They are extremely well built and solid as a rock. Also handle very well too on the road, with a good boost of power when cruising 60mph +

If you know which airport the Peugeot van was from Lee, you may be able to get the service history. They do their own maintenance, and keep very detailed records; every single thing is itemised. If you call them and ask nicely, they'll print it out for you. A trader friend bought a whole bunch of vans from Manchester airport, and got the maintenance records that way.

A neighbour of mine last year bought a brand new Dacia Duster 24plate i was very impressed in a Petrol bluey colour with Bronze mirrors wheels etc . However he only had 6 months or so & wrote it of & replaced it with slightly older 73 plate Mercedes 250GLC which im guessing cost more than double. Gateman must be an avid subscriber to mention the Top Don JS lol. The Van even with no history even if its been hammered round the Airport the Mechanics at Ryan Air look as if they have looked after it

Never, to much hassle and you make same margin in most cases for x2 much work. Makes no sense to me buying vehicles to repair unless you are a bodywork guy

Sellers market, autos always in high demand and not enough good stock available. Means people will pay a premium to get their hands on them. Tell also command a higher price retail to account for higher prep costs potentially related to auto boxes and also warranty claims on the same.
