Carver motor mover issue. Signal, voltage, receiver?

Footage of the issue with my Carver motor mover. Any suggestions on cause/fix would be appreciated. Batteries are new in the controller and the leisure battery is fully charged and only two years old.

I don't see the aerial wire, the transmitter (remote control) is not being picked up be the receiver. or have you now fixed it?

Mine has an aerial wire on the main body

No update? and controller has new ‘batteries’. isn’t it just a single pp3?
