@@gabutman6144 No,it won't. The 860 is gonna be the luxurious GT and the M8 - the sporty GT. V12 is more refined, but heavier, which won't be good for handling. V8 can be tuned more and is lighter, so about the same speed, but one is more refined, the other is better handling.

I find Flexi plus definitely worth it. No feeling of panic or rush when going to the tunnel, and on the way back. Worked perfectly when I broke my collar bone skiing thanks to some little french prick, and had to leave 3 days early.

Top tip for French motorway fuel stops - don't use service stations, they are so expensive for fuel. When you need to get fuel pile off the motorway into a local town and you will always find a supermarket, Carrefour, Intermarche etc., with a fuel station. These places are up to 20% cheaper than motorway fuel and it won't take you far off the motorway into a decent town to find one. Also most have a cafe and serve good coffee and food.

Well for such long trips DIESEL is the ultimate choice. Because of torque you can save a lot of cash and is more economic than any electric or hybrid because there is no free work to the electric scam. Anyway V8 petrol has a lot HP and the best sound and comfort!! Great car Mr!! One of the best cars especially BMW the prettiest brand in my opinion 😉

Lesson nr.1. The avrg. fuel consumption must be calculated because the one in the car lies. You can add another 0,5L/100Km to the value on most cars, so a more likely value for this car is 39MPG. Still good for the engine and performance.

Matt I think it’s actually closer to 37.5mpg. When you filled up you omitted to tell us how many miles had been travelled, for the 61 litres you filled. But if it’s a 650 mile trip and you filled up with 150 miles to go, that’s 500 miles for 61 litres which I’m sure you know isn’t close to the 43.9mpg the trip computer showed.
