This is a business-oriented GT car and it really shows. It's just all business with a hint of sportiness. For everyone else that wants the best of the best that BMW can offer, I'm pretty sure they want the M8. And 76k isn't necessarily a "hefty starting price tag" since the target demographic for this car are people making at least 200k/yr.

If I had to choose between 8 series and s class coupe, I would choose the latter. The exterior styling looks good on both cars, but the interior of the s class is so much more nicer than the dull interior in the 8.

Hey this interior is actually better built, and the better looking..it's the feel you get off a black interior being not too classy, or luxurious, a bit dull...notice how they had the merc in cream when they compared the two..Put this in cream and it's sexy af.

It's what BMW is about: sheer driving pleasure. The worst thing in my opinion are the seatbelt buckles in the rear. But all in all it's a beautiful car inside out. thumbs up for all the great reviews and videos carwow!

Got a series 850 when I was younger and it was at the shop about 1/3 of the time! My dealer ended refusing to repair the higher hour fixes because dealer does not make any profit on the under warranty repairs! I had to call BMW and the rep talked with GM and fixed the matter with the service manager! Just sold it a year before the warranty expired and was so relieved!😀👍

I really do struggle to see the point in this? Compared to a 4 Series, its very similar in size, has less room in the back, less room in the boot, with the same engines, its actually slower due to it being heavier, and costs around 50% more with the equivalent engine...

The thing with the andoid only working to unlock the car is that you need to have an wireless charging pad inbuilt in the phone. The phone sends signals trough that pad when it wants to open it. Since apple only has is on the iphone x and xs/max and samsung for example has had it for 5 years it only works for android

The Consierge service is not only for questions to the car. you can ask everything to them. i used to call and ask for restaurants nearby or how fast the rs5 besides me at the traffic lights can go from 0-100. They will tell you everything.

You can't compare 8 series with the s class coupe. 8 series platform is smaller than 7 series bigger than 5 series. It's an 2+2 coupe.S class coupe based on S class saloon platform that's why is a full sized 4 seater coupe with regular back seats.

I prefer BMW interiors to Mercedes - they look "try hard" blingy. Audi has a good balance though. BMW retains sportiness. If I'm buying a BMW I want premium, not luxury. Luxury is for old people.
