What’s the reason for unloading so often?

I grow grass seed in Oregon USA we windrow every acre with 15’ Draper headers on MacDon swathers, I tried cutting it standing with combine and it was the worst experience of my life.. The stuff you are cutting looks very green , I would expect the moisture in the seed to be to high to immediately put through the cleaning plant and into bags. Am I missing something?

Thanks for that impressive video. Crop lifters would help to lift all of that downed crop. How about a 60 foot Honeybee head or the 62 foot GTS Brazilian head on the snout of that 9260 instead of that 'little' 50 footer.

Bigger header wouldnt increase the throughput as it would also mean he would slow down. Its not about the size its about how you use it 😜
