I like the PVD coating on the stainless not so much for the protection of the blade but it gives it character. That was an awesome package you got from Case. I have gained more respect for them since they have given you the respect by not asking you to change or sugar coat stuff.

I think you look good wearing hats. Got a new Richter slip in Ghost Leather. It's beautiful and fits the Moore Maker trapper perfectly. Their a great combo. Nice package from Case. That's why I put cold blue on my carbon blades, it looks great.

Perhaps now that you're friendly with John you could ask him to get Case to start making something similar in Micarta?😮😊 Also try to get your hands on a Case Carbon Fiber Soddy they're also as slim as the Grey Crandall one but even lighter because they have no liners.

Love that sod buster. The closest thing i had to a pocket warn one was my first case lost it. I love the corn cob too. I had the hat two. My dogs chewed it up 😂

I really like that corn cob jigged, it's very close to the kinfolk jig that I also like. Recently I've been using the warncliff Trappers, mini and full, really loving that combination, I'd like to see a Sodbuster warncliff.... great video, keep them coming 👍 👏

I like the waxed jacket. I made my own with a solid bar of Otter Wax and an unlined denim Wrangler Trucker jacket. I used a hair blow dryer to make the wax melt and obsorb into the denim fabric. Cool content!

This was a great review. Those case knives all looked AWESOME.I am going to go look at CASE knives. What an awesome company. I really enjoy your channel and opinions. My nephew works for Gerber, and every Friday they put a product on his desk. For my birthday he sent me a , Gerber dime, a Gerber Suspension multi tool with a case , a Gerber prybar , and a razor box cutter. And my AWESOME wife purchased me a Black TOOR and Scallywag Tactical collaboration knife called the MUTINY. It is a pirate themed knife and I love it. It is my new EDC. Keep up the great videos ! Awesome knives all around! The Wednesday is sick...love the spooky Halloween black & orange liners! Josh should do a Christmas knife called the 'Rudolph' with red/white G-Carta covers & green liners 🤣 I'd buy one! That's so cool that Case reached out to you! Their willingness to work with somebody such as yourself, who is the epitome of honesty, integrity & old school toughness, bodes well for the company's future moving forward. I've never even purchased or owned a Case knife produced after 1980, because of the terrible QC in their modern knives. Perhaps Case's reaching out to you indicates a desire to return to the great quality of the knives that they produced in the past for our Grandfathers. I certainly hope so! The Soddy with the PVD coated blade looks great! Great video, Erica! ❤

I love this. I must have that black PVD coating one omg. Even if it fails your testing I'm gunna hafta snag one lol. Love the attitude you have towards your tools and that Case is like, "do you" for your reviews. BTW, Case knives are what brought me to your channel initially, but I stayed for the Spyderco content haha. Your channel convinced me to get my first Spyderco. A Para 3 in particular haha. Snagged that DLT Exclusive Cruwear purple G10 one from the Black Friday deals even though I was gunning for the blacked out s45vn one you love so much. Super stoked to get it in. Happy Thanksgiving!

I've learned to not trust any review. When the the manufacturer of the product sent it in for review. Whether it's an "artisan", or a company. When a content producer buys the product with their own cash and gives a positive review. I have no faith in most content creators. When they claim their reviews are unbiased and fair. Especially when they rare if ever give a negative review. They might make a couple negative remarks but the review ends up being positive overall. I get it they want and need the products sent to them. So they have content to create Not to mention the freebies. Like 600 dollar Benchmades, that are only worth a fraction of the price. Only one or two creators, have called Benchmade on their bullshit. The rest don't care. They get the product for free. Which gets them views and subscribers, but if they don't show more loyalty to the viewers. Than they do to the manufacturers. They lose my interest fairly fast
